OK, Am I missing something? Fan fest? I assume this is a starting order?

It'll be interesting to see how Hawayek/Baker and Cannuscio/McManus do against each other, as well as S/K and Y/M if S/K don't withdraw.

This is their worlds eligibility competition. If s/k do not compete here and get the minimum their whole season is over.

OK, Am I missing something? Fan fest? ...

Hi, Chris :). What's happening is that the many labors of our good friend Doris are bearing more fruit .

In Doris' chart in the OP, she now has filled in the links to the Fan Fest threads for each GP entry -- as she envisioned at the end of last season, when she set out to upgrade the Fan Fest OPs with a wealth of reference links/data/videos/articles.

In anticipation of this exciting moment, the beginning of the GPs, she made the GP skaters a priority for her massive Fan Fest project.

So before/during/after the Skate America SD, if I want instant access to anything, big or small, regarding Stasia Cannuscio/Colin McManus (for example), I can just click on the Fan Fest link in Doris' OP above -- and voila: the many resources in the Can/Man Fan Fest OP immediately will be at my fingertips.

Congratulations to Doris . And to the volunteers who have assisted her with contributions to the Fan Fest OPs.

Look forward to your reports from Milwaukee, Chris. Have a great time!

They have CoR too.

Yes but honestly they probably don't want to 'risk it'... to have only one competition where you can get it is a scary thing, especially when you are not technically the strongest, which at least last year, they definitely were not.

I agree, but gmyers made it sound as if this competition was their be all end all, which it isn't. There's still CoR and if they truly needed to, there's B competitions to go to too.

thank you golden.

The fan fest OPs have all the info we have collected so far. So the link under the Skaters name is the ISU bio. If you cannot find answers there, give the op a try!

Ohhh....OK! Good work!
I am not sure I know enough about skatin' to do any reporting but I can sure report on the food!

I always like your reporting from comps, Chris .

Speaking of food, a Friday evening tailgate is on the Milwaukee schedule, as you probably already noticed:

Thanks for yet another way of making the OPs of the comp threads even more helpful, Doris :).

They didn't go to one last season. They don't do B comps.

They have CoR too.

Forgot that but the below is very true.

Yes they can't risk it! They don't do B comps and its such a tight schedule. Their issues are that they must get it before russian nationals not worlds. Russia wouldn't send inelgible people to euros.

Thanks, Golden! I had no idea about the tailgate....been too busy working on the ranch while the weather holds..5p-6:30P I gotta go with the Ladies short.. but I will check it out after that..
..now its crunch time till I leave Wednesday AM. Judging by the forecast, I better bring a wider range of clothes...
Pack Pack Pack.....

I will try to take some interesting pics and post them....

Sorry if it is me being silly, but the Fan Fest mentions in the tables aren't links for me. They are just the words Fan Fest? Are they meant to be linked now?
