No, the italian flag colors are: green, white, red. I think those are the colours of her dress. At least that's what looks to me.

The Italians put their flag everywhere, I got an italian car, the flag is placed all over. But the flag on Yulia's clothes is really small, so I guess the Russian fed doesn't mind.

Well, the RGB components are red: 46, green: 91, blue: 94. So it's indeed slightly more blue than green. My TFT is officially done for.

The second, right next to the blue where her point toe is, that's a yellow. Maybe with a slight nuance of orange, if we want. The third one is rose pink nuance but in anycase none of them is a color of italian flag. Except for the white of the ice.

It's true that on the picture it's not the exact color of the italian flag, but it's also not the blue of the russian and the red doesn't match either. It is a marketing picture and the colors were probably adjusted.
