Noooo come back my precious rainbow dress!!!
She wore that purple dress last year during warm ups so maybe it's just a practice dress.

Haha well, it's definitely a oriental themed dress judging from that. Nothing is more Chinese than having the word "tiger" in Chinese on your back.
Now I'm sad we never got to see her Mulan program.

I'm not sure I've seen her skate without over the boot tights before. Then again...I've never seen her skate an event without Eteri before either

I like that black dress and that she's not wearing the tights over the boots in this picture. I don't think it's a practice dress because of the gloves. The rainbow dress is too distracting and because of that doesn't emphasize her lines. So I'd like too see that dress in competition. :thumbsup:

I was thinking that maybe Julia should make herself a score goal.
In her current competitive state and judges' trust in regard to her latest results, it's a bit demanding to shoot at medals, but what about trying to steadily increase or mantain the points? She got 172.33 in Finland, 170.63 in SA, so now keep your head over 170 or aim 175-180.
I hope she got rid or at least temporarily put away her "perfect or nothing" attitude, because something that was fun to watch at Rostelekom two years ago, now may be detrimental to her skating.
Just my two cents. :think:

Love that Yulia changed her dress for the short program. I really hated that rainbow dress!! LOVE the new dress and that she didn't pull her tights over her boots. I seem to have a good feeling for this competition. I hope my feelings have some truth-ness

Same! She keeps getting better and better. At skate America she had no falls, that was the first time since the team event and Sochi. Progress!

That was a nice performance! Good expression and flow (outside of the small hitch in the flip).

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. Why wasn't Eteri in the KnC with Yulia?I loved that and I am so happy for her

No, I also miss the rainbow dress! It was my favorite costume this season no joke :sad21:
