Hi guys! Only today I managed to catch up with the Rus. cup final. (I thought it's gonna be this week instead :drama: )
I like how she went for each and every jump and fought for everything. I'm also glad to see her FS being performed even better because it'll be such a waste not being able to see it lives near its potential. I noticed the 'gaaahhh' frustrated hand when she fell and I kinda laughed because I thought it's adorable :laugh: and like oh don't you just love her..
Oh and the new maroon dress is lovely on her. :luv17:
cough Urmanov was cute in the K&C cough
 
Elena Radionova is so sweet to Yulia.In her instagram she reposted a video with a caption that goes like this: in my opinion a very nice video..P.s yulek(pet name of yulia), Im with you!!! I uphold fists you today.And yulia commented,thank you very much..

Lena+Yulia+Liza=friendship in skating world:) So nice to see their interactions and cheering on each other!

I do find it heartwarming in general how well a lot of the Russian Senior Ladies seem to get along- Julia seems quite close to Elena and Liza now, Elena is also very close to Adelina, and there really doesn't seem to be any real 'bad feelings' between any of the elite senior ladies that I can tell. It really is nice to see.

Disagree a bit on that, though, as Yulia and Zhenia (as some other older girls too) don't communicate much as it seems..Remember girls at Europeans in kiss and cry or them at Nationals sitting and waiting their numbers. It looks like there is Anna+Zhenia+Polina T and the other clique is Liza, Yulia, Lena and a bit neutral Adelina with them. That's how I see it.

I actually think Anna comes off more neutral than Adelina. Adelina seemed clearly with Yulia, Lena and Liza at Nats. While Anna seemed to be with Evgenia during Europeans in the kiss and cry, during the medal ceremony Anna seemed to share a tender moment with with Lena, almost seeming to try to comfort her in.

I saw this not as a bad thing. They don't have to all get along or be buddies. Personalities are different.

Agree on Anna. She is neutral. Wanted to write it in the previous post, but thought more of an outsider thing, and added her to Zhenia+Polina group.

Serafima Sakhanovich and Maria Sotskova is also neutral.
Sima have a good relationship with Yulia and Evgenia. Maria was even invited to a Lena's birthday party. While she is good friends with Evgenia and Polina T.
 
I don't know what future will bring for Julia, but Alexei Urmanov should get an award for making Julia happy. I can't stop smiling when I see her smiling! :luv17:

She does look like a different person since she started working with Lyosha. This bodes well for the next season. It can only affect in positive way also in her skating :agree:
 
I'm also delighted to see her looking so lighthearted- she seems happier, at least on the outside, than we've ever seen her in her junior and senior career, even when she was having all that success in juniors and in the Oly year.
 
I think they just watch the performance together and it is hard to tell they are in relationship or not.;) but personally I think samarin is cuter(sorry, tarasenko's fans)
I am pleased if Yulia looks happy no matter who she is with :love:
