How many competitions do these little girls do in one season? Tarusina, Mukhortova, and others seem to have been competing non-stop last few months!!

Tarusina has been pretty busy this season - 10 competition so far and the Nationals Elder Age will be her 11th competition this season.

I guess the list is incomplete yet?
It's lacking Sankt Petersburg's girls: Konstantinova, Pavlova, Samorudova, Lozko, Gubanova, Degtyareva, who were top 6 in qualifying tourney - Pervenstvo of St. Petersburg (http://www.fskate.ru/results/tour/1436.html).

Yes, but I am not sure those are the ones that will skate there because if it would be like that their names would most likely have been updated there already. Most likely scenario is that whoever will make the decision about the matter haven't made it yet. Maybe they are waiting to see if Alisa F would want to skate there.

I can't see why Alisa F would want to skate at junior B nationals. She doesn't need it, she has done pretty well at the main junior nationals. Junior B nationals are meant to be for those who didn't compete at the nationals or have done badly from any reason. It gives them the opportunity to get on the Russian team for next year. So skaters like Feditchkina and Tsurskaya have absolutely nothing to gain by competing there. It won't increase their status, it won't be considered as any great achievement even if they won it. On the other hand, someone like Gubanova or Konstantinova, who both placed much lower than expected at the junior nationals, have another chance to redeem themselves and show that the federation should count with them for the next season.
