What I love about nearly all the Russian pair ladies is there wonderful extension and elegance. I think if I was a pair skater I would want to spend some time training in Russia if they would allow it.

Exactly. It's so transparent. And T/M deserve so much better.

But Fedorova/Miroshkin had better programs & personality even as juniors (can't wait for them to come back). So I don't think there is some great conspiracy. Maybe they are just too timid and passive to demand anything better.

Fedor and Ksenia back in the room!! Unlike yesterday, Fedor looked so relaxed, already before the warm-up. They needed to get the SP out of the way.
Don't know whether it'll be enough for bronze (I wish), but they have shown they're back on track. Sorry for Ksenia, but it happens to the best. Fedor is just drop dead gorgeous

Really fearful for D/R. They have a habit of having a great short then following it up with some minor errors in the Free. They can not afford to do that today and still be on the podium. Even last year when they won their Free was not their best.
