adelia I just wanted to say you are a really devoted fan. Thanks for keeping us up to date about Alexander. :)
 
Less than four days till Sasha flies off to Courchevel for the next camp. I expect that they will make a final decision on next season's music at this camp. It lasts till the end of June and apparently Mishina and Tataurov will be attending the camp as well, which means that the group going will probably be quite large. According to reports, Sandhu has been invited to the camp. He didn't work with Sasha in Canada though, only Tuktik, Nugumanova and Gummenik. Richaud hopefully is still going (he's in Moscow now doing work for Loboda/Drozd). I'm not quite sure which other choreographers will be there.

Whatever they choose for him, I just hope it does justice to his strengths/abilities. And by that I mean choosing music with emotional depth and not simply something "fun" for the sake of "fun".

Well, I've come to expect nothing less than that. lol

I wish someday he'd get to do another interview where they'd ask substantive questions though. The only in depth interview he's ever done was the Gazeta one in 2014.

Although that's what his vk fanclub is supposed to be for and it's been around for 3.5 years. That's something which has puzzled me, especially since Sasha is not an unapproachable person. Oh well.
 
Richaud is on his way, he is on his way to Courchevel from Moscow!
It's quite possible that Sasha might not get to work with him on a new program (I'm pretty sure Mishin has already asked Richaud to do programs for other students). That would be a great disappointment since Sasha seems to have enjoyed working with him a lot.

But for now... I guess hope springs eternal? :ohwell:
