As promised the part 1 of the interview, as per usual happened to be especially busy at work so excuse any mistakes - corrections are welcome!
'- Misha, your first season after a serious injury is over, the season which was very, very successful. How do you remember it?
- It was great. All I dreamt of came true but of course I want even bigger things
- What competition of the season you remember the most?
- Moscow Grand Prix Cup of Russia. Honestly, I do not know why this one. Maybe I prepared myself somewhat differently. And I feel this event was the most exciting of all.
- What's in this season was the most difficult for you?
- Team Challenge Cup in American Spokane.
- We heard that you were skating there in your new skates?
- Yes. I came back from the Worlds in Boston to St. Petersburg, had a rest for a week, then started breaking in the new boots and thus did not do anything difficult in practice, did not jump for a week. - The main start of the season was the World Championship for you. It's been three months since this event. How do you remember it?
- First of all, the atmosphere at this competition is very special, no other competition has that. I also liked to skate before a large audience, to train and warm-up with the great skaters ...
I, for example, saw Boyang Jin in practice and was impressed. The guy was just warming up, hop, and he did a quad Salchow. Just went and did. And he did it like it was a triple. He is a devil of a jumper. Somehow he manages to defy gravity'
