They were one of my biggest disappointments for SA - the fact that they couldn't be there. Was also really looking forward to seeing Yulia L. The pairs competition would have been so much more exciting if they had been there!

Yes they really do. Their SP at Worlds just took everything to a different level. I knew she would never be healed in time for Skate America, but I couldn't help dreaming just a little! For consolation, I kept watching their FS from last year's Skate America. In particular, that one move where he holds her upside down and then goes into a spread eagle -- OMG! Thrills and chills.

Someone in the Team China thread mentioned their SP was Blues for Klook a few weeks back but I didn't know the source so I wasn't sure if it was true. But I'm a huge fan of the music and I can't wait to see them back on the ice!

:luv17: Hope it's the original version. We've seen some odd covers used in programs(call me narrow minded, but i'm not sure why one would use a cover of a S&G song).

Last season Canadians Ice Dancers, Paradis/Oullette had used Bridge Over Troubled Water in original version and it worked great for them, so I have high expectations! Thanks for news everyone I have withdrawal from good Pairs performances...
