Team Russia - Promising Young Skaters

This thread is full of high fliers on novice lever. They usually don't have one monster jump, they have full set of triples. Sherbakova, Vasilieva, Tarakanova and Trusova are not junior eligible yet, which means that they are on novice level. All four will become eligible the next season.
They have decent jumps, but I meant rather Tsurskaya's or Vivian Le's jumps height level. HUGE. :)

Tsurskaya's jumps may be huge due to her size. She is one of the tallest ladies in the field. Vivian Le's jumps are nowhere as huge as Tsurskaya. In fact, I don't think there are many ladies in seniors and juniors that has her size of jumps, so it may be asking too much that Russia is hiding one on novice level.

I'm just asking if you maybe know some specific younger Russian female skater with HUGE jumps, like this one:

Jesus Christ almighty. :dbana:
I don't care about Vivian Le or Polina Tsurskaya or their height/technical problems/careers, names of their cousins-in-law or their favourite colours. I brought them up for comparison only, when you mentioned those other girls.

I'm just curious if there are Russian girls with huge jumps like that in novice/junior ranks atm., that's all. Is it really so hard to answer the simple question or just ignore it? :confused2:

Nicely done by a new pair. She was a single skater until this season. She is born in 2002 and he is born in 1999. They are coached by Alexei Sokolov who is the coach of Ustimkina/Volodin among others.

Today Alena Kanysheva won competitions on prises of Moscow Federation (Junior), score 168.47 - good for 11 years od girl. She has all 5 triples, 3Lz+3T and 3F+1Lo+3S combos.
She also was 4th at Panin Memorial (Junior), 172.13.

Thanks :agree: Go, Alyona!

I see that progress cant stop. For 11yo so brilliant result. This is very good. But still, when they will grow they will have same jumps like others not so talented skaters. Rika Kihira from Japan already jumping 3A and 3A+3T at practice. But why russians just stand where they are? Why nobody training quad jumps and also 3axel? I can call this like wasting talents. Just like that. It makes me sad. :(

while busy updateing whose who in the russian junior girls scene, I totally missed the junior boys
I had to find out who Artur Danilyan who skated in the EX at CoR, turns out he has won the third russian cup and 3rd at the first russian cup, he has qualified to the junior nationals. He is only 12 years old and turns 13 in December 17 - is he eligible for JGP next season then ?
