So he gets silver!!! Good job Yuzuru!!! I don't know why but I was so scared this time. Last year I was sure he would have a great comeback in the free but this time I was more anxious. Take it easy and slow to NHK Yuzu!!
 
anyway this looks promising, he nailed 4th quad and everything else, so his stamina improved. Expecting maybe even clean program at NHK if he work out 4lo
 
I was so scared for a moment! He did good and i am glad that he seemed happy with his performance, although it wasn't perfect :D Congrats Yuzu! I knew i had to believe in him :D I don't care that he got silver, his smile is back and that's what matters for me :D
 
It's all good from here; now we can look forward to his EX tomorrow, plus banquet photos with Misha and Evgenia for sure! :luv17:
 
Way to come back, Yuzu! :clap: I was so nervous for him. Silver for now is fine, and he should be proud of himself. Gold will come later when it matters more :yes:
 
LOL for a moment there the last hour had been a dream. Looked at the clock and it said 2:01 am. And I'm like, wait a second, I'm *sure* I woke up at 1:45 am and I saw the whole of the second group. Hanyu did good, I know he did!. But in fifteen minutes?!
Stupid automatic switch to winter time... :laugh:
 
Anyway I am glad that he proves me wrong. His mentality is okay now I think. He is so strong.
 
I'm so happy. Hadn't he lost the last spin he would have been the winner. I don't talk about PCS, we all have the same opinion. Congrats to Yuzu and his fans for believing in him no matter what.
 
Congrats with a small gold medal for FS!:yahoo: He had left quite a lot of points in the pocket- keep that safe bunny and take it out at Worlds and 4CC! Will be much needed then!;)

You know what I think is absolutely fantastic and I am going to thank Chanada for it?

He is going to be so ticked off that he missed this. Look at that score, he could have had it. Now this is going to cause positive frustration because he knows he could do this that even the judges cannot touch him then. And nothing works better as a boost than stuff like this. Nobody likes to lose in this way and it tends to pump people up. He did great, knock on wood and this will be a very positive kuyashii!
 
Glad he is silver and looks more content, less let down. I'm confident by the next GP he would have resolved most (if no all) of his program issues :agree:

Yea at the end of the day, I'm fine with silver after what we know of his condition. There was a lot of nervous energy this time and I'm glad he still managed to put out a good enough free skate and end the competition on a better note. This is a good starting point for the season for him.

The 4S-3T though... I think he should just have 3 quads in the long (loop, salchow and toe), and do it cleanly first before adding the 4th one later in the season, but we know he'll never do that...
 
BTW have you noticed a small change to his FS costume? I think he added coloured strases to his white top part- they are pale green and yellow-ish? Beautiful! I think he might add some more changes into the season.
I want him to keep his white pants in SP. He looks really good in that cosume and it is visible with good quality videos.
