Speculation which does not hold water at all so please end this "no stamina" talk because criticism that is not backed up by evidence is not helpful.
Fact is that he was scored lower on PCS than guys with almost 20 points lower TES, only one 3A and no quads. So can you really say his PCS is related to jumps/quads when the evidence says otherwise?
Except that when Sasha did attempt a quad and had it in his layout his PCS wasn't any better. You're just trying to be negative for negative sake. Unless you make a statement based on evidence, I'm not going to bother with replying, it's a waste of time. The other men with horror skates did do quads or attempt quads and judges know what they can do at their best while this is maximum Petrov and it isn't working. Some Judges are giving Jin higher SS marks than chan! Pcs does include jumps in a way. Judges need to be grabbed by something. Petrov currently doesn't have anything. Even a quad toe would generate some talk about progression.

Spin levels in the FS were better than in the SP but the stsq was worse.
Generally both instances are quite noticeable on first viewing.
I would prefer it if they had put his stsq at the end of his FP instead of where it currently is. Stsq in his FS was placed at the most monotonous part of his music and has no impact. The "I'm Gonna Live Til I Die" cut is the best part of his music to put a stsq, the rhythm is great. Just comparing the stsq in his SP with that of his FP and the difference is noticeable and it is pretty obvious why one is level 4 and one is level 3. The same thing happened at Finlandia btw, so this is not a one-off thing.
It was a strategic error by whoever who placed the stsq where it currently is, either his choreographer or coach.I absolutely agree with this - that is a great idea; he could really let rip in that part, and show some energy; I think that would improve the impact of the program overall.
Yes, spin levels are costly. Every point matters in CoP.What alarms me is that Mishin still couldn't find a way to improve his students's levels.
Guys, remember, don't feed the trolls.
No one has said anything trolling. Changing coaches must be an option. You say nothing was working during the gp! So what can be done to help includes changing coaches, changing training, changing layout, changing programs and so much more. Only you can criticize? Only you can be trusted not to be concern trolling? These gps can't be forgotten! They must be used to improve and face why he's facing complete rejection by judges.
There's "criticism", and then there's writing post after post of relentless negativity - gmyers, do you honestly feel that your posts are suitable for a FAN FEST? So far I cannot think of one positive thing you've said.
Please show some consideration. Thank you.
