So are there any news? So many good pairs are out this season and although I did enjoy T/Ms performance on the GPF I still miss Sui-Han, Stolbova-Klimov and Aliona-Bruno.

I don't think there'll be much until the asian winter games, planned to be their first competition of the season.

thank you!!!!! couldnt watch it on PC but did it at phone :luv17: i saw some similarity at stsq with Spanish Romance, like the "signature steps" they did near the end (it wouldnt be Lori if she didnt recycle something i guess :laugh:) but i think they will sell it well and great to see them skating :love::yahoo: btw i loved the steps before death spiral :love:
 
I have same problem as matmuh, with the difference my phone won't play it either... :bang: Hope it will be on youtube or somewhere else soon.

... And It worked! ANYWAYS I am so excited that the "blues for klook" music rumor ended up being true. The whole 'rock and roll' concept is so neat! I can't wait to see this program skated to its full potential! It seemed a little cautious during this performance most likely because it was new. But seeing them back on the ice with an actual program makes me so excited!

I know Sui/Han want to come back during the asian winter games. Does that mean they won't go to 4CC? I'm a little unclear about how the asian winter games works. Esp since there hasn't been one held since about 5 years ago.

We don't have yet a full version of course, as they are cautious about impact.... SBS is a double and no throw. However, the rest is there and with great quality. I especially liked the step sequence. I hope they still take their time and only compete when they are ready.
 
Skating is amazing of course but come on y'allz!!! It's not that hard to move a few hockey nets off of the ice for a few minutes :furious:

Thanks for sharing the link and I'm just all about that StSeq!! Always looking forward to any chance to see them in action :)

That was actually their first full run-through, and as a performance to boot! Sui said they only practiced in pieces before. You can tell they were unsure in some areas, such as missteps in the StSeq and the iffy ending, and Sui herself mentioned she was skating cautiously because of the nets, so I'm sure come Asian Games and Worlds it will be as sharp as ever, like what they did with their SP last season.

4CCs is the week before the Asian Games, so I'm assuming no. As you know already, skating back to back events is tiring enough already, even though the locations are geographically closer. I'm sure the Chinese Fed also wants to give P/J and W/W a chance at 4CCs too considering it'll most likely be their last international competition of the season. Not sure where Y/Z will go though.

That was my first impression too, until I read that Sui and Han improvised the costumes. She borrowed Gao Yumeng's LP costume (see junior grand prix), he did some improvisation, but I really liked the look (and it somehow really matched)! Hope their actual competition outfits follow the same theme as I thought it really suited the music (and, of course, are as matching)! :laugh:
 
Lol these improvised costumes makes me remember 4CC 2016 where they forgot their exhibition costumes and had to improvise :P

Were they skating for some opening at the hocke event? Still, don't understand nets in the rink....:(
 
:jaw: Wow! So good to see them! Their excellent synchronicity is still there. Really like the music and choreography. Take it slowly though guys -- please!
