Just one per each program is enough. I'm making a playlist of his programs music and I need the videos without commentaries so Soundhound can detect it and I can find the exact track. Like, Zigeunerweisen. Apparently it's played by a Japanese violinist.

As far as I remember he said his program was Human Information and Cognitive Science, but it seems they are separated. I wonder which one he chose
About Worlds podium, my dream will always be Yuzu, Javi, Shoma or Yuzu, Shoma, Javi, I won't mind. I'm okay too if Patrick or Boyang (he's grown on me :3) replace Shoma. Yeah, I too wish this time the 'uncles' will prove they are not easy to be beaten
Btw, confession: now I'm redownloading my whole music library in FLAC because of Yuzu. I feel ashamed to listen to loosy music. Oh, this boy really affects me
I know about "Human Information and Cognitive Science" but I must admit that I don't really see what it's about. I should research for a more precise description of the courses.
(As for Javi on the podium... I'd really be glad, but... I've got the feeling he's lost part of his motivation this year, he seemed rather gloomy at the GP series and europeans... I know he's very good for peaking at worlds, but I don't know. It breaks my heart to see him like this tbh. I'd be glad with a podium with Yuzu on top (obviously), but I think any combination of 2nd and 3rd place will break my heart one way or another. I love the veterans, I love the young ones (Shoma a bit more than the others, Nathan a bit less)... The best would be 6 perfect skates, then I'd be happy <3 )

He did pretty well score-wise at Euros though? Even though the performance wasn't great. It would be quite a feat for top 3 to have 300+ scores :scratch3: plus some level of inflation...
Anyway, I don't really care if Javi medals at Worlds this year (he's got enough of those
) but I would be heartbroken if he doesn't get his Olympic medal. Is it just me or did men's skating get light years more competitive in the last couple of months?!?!?! That's such crappy timing for him 
ETA: I'll eat my worlds if he outright wins in Pyeongchang though

But perhaps I'm unnecessarily pessimistic and he'll rock at worlds as usual, and we'll see a beautiful hug between our favourite teammates on the podium (but pleaaaase this time, gold for Yuzu !)

Oh BTW I remember reading that his major was a combination of stats and psychology/cognitive science. So like computational neuroscience? Or computational psychology? He said he was interested in math too. He also said he wanted to do a psychology major so he can perhaps focus on sports/skating psychology in the future...? So it does sound a bit sciencey :handw:

That's why I'm interested, I'm sciencey myself (but more on the physics side). I love the fact that he loves maths <3 (too bad he's not as passionate about english
)I'm doing psychology as well hehe. Basically psych itself is lots of stats already so hmmm... I've never been much int in sports psych though, I just know you earn a lot XD haha. But I'm sure it'll fit Yuzu well.

And you're right, generally if it's gonna pick up it's around this time, but I don't think it's ever picked up quite this fast!! Thinking to last quad, it was sort of stagnant, people added maybe 1 quad at most, and not always landed. And with ladies, I feel like it's been more or less stagnant.

Same I'm a sciencey person too( just that I like bio more). Not sure how I feel about math though (it's a love hate relationship) haha. In any case, I love that Yuzu is so all rounded. On the other hand, I'm too lazy to do anything T.T

I think in a sense it's a bit Yuzu's fault ? He pushed the sport so high that his contenders had no choice but up the tech to get a chance to beat him... But in reaction he upped his tech too and the vicious circle was born

I'm with you. I actually liked the 4CC podium just fine and would like a repeat of it for worlds, except I want Yuzu on top this time. If Yuzu wins and Shoma medals then you have one happy camper over here (same for the olympics). And yeah, Men's got more competitive practically overnight. I honestly said around GPF that it felt like a changing of the guard of sorts. I think if Javi wants an Olympic medal he'll probably want to upgrade his content so that he isn't banking on others making mistakes. But I guess he could also do what he does best and rise to the occasion while others make mistakes and then it works out for him. People certainly make mistakes at the Olympics so...

I'd argue I kind of don't believe in this kind of thing since ice is slippery and whether someone is a reigning WC or not will not affect anything with their chances as OG. One thing that they have in common was that their skate was horrible (or not as good as the winner) during olympic. Plush did not go to 2005 worlds so that year kind of didn't count (he probably would have won against Lambiel).

Plushenko lost (got silver). Canadians have lost (got silver), Lambiel lost (got silver), past soviets lost. I'm not considering the circumstances of Plush being able to compete in 2005. It was still Lambiel as world champ. It's almost like incumbent world champs are a good bet for silver though (if you're not American)!
As for Yuzu, I agree. I just want to see him put skates out there on Olympic ice that he can be proud of and know he left it all out there.

I don't know if it's so much in reaction, as it is him trying to catch up with his original plan. I do think he feels he has been set back, in terms of progress, for an entire season 14-15. If he ups his tech content in worlds, you could say it's in reaction, or it might be his reaction to 4S3T
