Thanks for translating, liha :luv17: So interesting to hear all these different takes and yes, mention of transitions is music to my ears.
I honestly feel he was given more credit for them back in the day, commentators actually talked about transitions. Maybe just compared to this season. Hmph

It is a pity... I don't get the notion that jumps are easier for the casual viewers to comprehend. When I first started watching fs what pulled me in where the musicality and flow whereas jumps were kind of difficult? They all looked the same to me and I couldn't really tell if there were 2 or 4 rotations and why they were supposed to be difficult. It's really a shame transitions don't find as much appreciation these days.

Idk if there will be practice on Monday for the men, the final schedule has not been uploaded yet.

It is a pity... I don't get the notion that jumps are easier for the casual viewers to comprehend. Oh so I've been through this recently. So if you get don't know how to get to the "edit avatar" place, it's through settings in the upper right corner. Then the Edit Avatar link in the left box. When you get there, there might not be an upload avatar option yet. I'm not sure how long it took, but I was off for like an hour, and when I came back it was there. I think it just takes a little time to enable

Haha for the most part, I am up at random times. I should be writing my papers, but I get side-tracked... :noshake:
But the worst was the time my body just woke up by itself at 3 am just in time for a gala stream. I didn't even use an alarm!

(The skater who’s about to skate) is phenomenal. His star has really, genuinely ascended this season. He’s only 19 years old, he trains in Canada, in Toronto, and at the moment, mind you, he’s the one holding first place in the world ranking, not Patrick Chan. He’s had no major super-success in his career – he won the Bronze medal at the 2012 World Championship, last year, he was only fourth, but this year he pulled himself together and what he showed us at the GPF and the SP – that was incredible! He won the SP during the Team Event here at the Olympics. Let’s watch him – he’s a phenomenal boy with phenomenal skating skills. He’s tiny (what the commentator says, effectively – he’s of tiny height), but it doesn’t interfere with perception of him.
