There's a solution to this: just color all the ice in all the arenas! There, easy peasy. Then we'll get to see the White Pantsuit of Sparkle again.

Yeah, I think it's absolutely worth it - to have the ice in every arena he's going to perform in coloured just in order to see him skate in white pants...
Shall we set up a petition, then?

Oh wow I thought I was the only one with the colors. But for me I only have it for three jumps.
3A- royal blue
4Lo- green
4S- yellow

Isn't gala ice a different color or did I dream that up? I watched on kiritoru, I think, according to them (maybe not all gala's, maybe just that particular gala) the base underneath the ice is grey rather than white for gala...? But that doesn't seem like enough time for the ice to set either.... so now I'm confused and contradicting myself...... :scratch3:.... but if that were true, and he does LGC as EX in the future, he can do bring his fancy white pantsuit back XD

Hmmm, if he ever gets to the point of mastery where he can jump 4L and CoD in spotlights... :)))
Galas work because lighting is different! :)
Gosh, just how many posts have I done today? It's a good thing there aren't any limits...

 LGC as ex + white suit!? That would be perfect for me :D

Also, i feel like i've been listening to a lot of music in finnish recently, i wonder if that's just me being anxious bc of world's

I don't know if I should thank or curse the person who posted that gif yesterday, but I just couldn't close the tab I used to open it. It's been open non-stop for 24 hours. It's just too mesmerizing

Sorry not sorry!

I wonder which part of him draws you so much...

Did I help to start another invisible conversation? I'm so proud!

Here we can see Yuzu uses either Hollister or American Eagle black underwear. I am leaning towards American Eagle. I am sorry. I am out of here.

I called it "important gif", I was right! :laugh2:

I tried to use similar angles too! Looks like Xyiltol is a failure, period :laugh2:

It's the ulimate proof, there is no justification for that nightmare...

I can never hate the sight of this dude but seriously to me the ruffled version with the too neat hair is like a plastic model of him haha

I really don't like his hair like that... new Yuzu days are also a big no to me :slink:

Yes! I miss white costume so much...

I try really hard not to think about Worlds yet, but I'm sure we will survive it and find something positive whatever will happen :ghug: (that's why I don't want to think about WC, I always panic :eeking: )

I was quoted three times here, i feel special
Edit: I just checked and oh my god, A THOUSAND pages ago we were talking about Autumn Classic's podium! :eeking:
We took the Let's Go Crazy thing literally...

I didn't even notice :D thank you (and all other posters) for keeping me awake during my night shift!

Well, person as passionate as Yuzuru deserves passionate fans too!

We were also talking about the pants.

And we're still talking about the pants

Some things never change. The pants are hot this year... in every single respect!

You are not kidding. Who knew that the most basic part of a skater's costume would be getting the biggest response...

I still remember the gasp (probably collective across the fandom) when he stepped on the ice at Autumn Classic with those white legs and sparkles on them... it was total shock on my part.:eeking:

I just wanted to say, thank you everyone in this thread contributing with their hard work on translations. It's so nice to see such resourcefulness and willingness to share across all the different cultural backgrounds and languages. :)

I'm sure it's been mentioned in the 40+() pages since I've last commented, but on the topic of Exhibitions, I'm so looking forward to next season's. What's the probability he curates his exhibitions like he did in the 2013-2014 season? In the Sochi season, it was "The Greatest Hits of Yuzuru Hanyu: 2010-2014 Quad". It's so thoughtful (and artistic ;)) how he redid old programs that were pivotal to his career and matched the programs/songs accordingly to the venues and the personal meanings of every competition.

Skate Canada - Étude in D sharp minor. The short program of his breakout season, a turbulent program associated with the strong emotions of the Earthquake. A pivotal competitive program.
Trophée Éric Bompard - Notre-Dame de Paris. A French musical skated in France. The first long program after his coaching change and move halfway across the world to a country whose language he didn't even speak. Could be seen as his first steps into a new stage in his career.
Fukuoka Grand Prix Final - Story. A song about never giving up, you're never alone, skated for a home audience who can understand the lyrics. The only truly new exhibition of the season for the first of his triple crown.
Japan Nationals - Hana ni nare. Live, cry, stumble, grow, become a flower that stands up in the wind.
Sochi Olympics - White Legend. A Japanese take on a Russian classic, presented on the grandest stage of them all. A program that brackets his career around the 2011 Earthquake because it was created before (2010-2011 season SP) but skated as an Exhibition after as well (2011 Nationals, 2012 Worlds).
World Championships - Romeo + Juliet. A last send-off to the beloved program and performance that propelled his career into stardom. An introspection into himself regarding his own maturing as a skater, performer, and person. Romeo has become a man.

If he does the same next season (assuming new SP/LP), how do you envision "The Greatest Hits of Yuzuru Hanyu: 2014-2018 Quad"?

I never watched "Story", I didn't even knew that it exist actually, so thank you for this list :thank:

If he plans to do Greatest Hits 2014-2018 next season (and I hope he does) I want to see Chopin, Seimei and Let's Go Crazy again. Notte Stellata and Requiem too, from exhibitions.
