Will he compete in WTT?

I still hope Spanish TDP will broadcast both SP and FS live, at least last groups, because of Javi. :hopelessness:

The simple fact that Spanish TV would not broadcast at least mens competition is pretty shocking, considering they have a two time world champion. Poor Javi.

OT, I was reading Aoi honoo yesterday evening (\o/) and it was so fun reading Yuzu's internal RAGE when Arthur Gachinski, who was third at junior worlds when he was first, got better results than he did for his first senior season. How humiliated he felt then. And how it fueled his competitive spirit with the success we know.
Now he's matured, of course, but I'm pretty sure Nathan's ignited similar feelings in him at 4CC :cheer:. I long for new "intense Yuzu" images. Let's hope we'll have them at world !

There is still WTT. And remote possibility of keeping one of these programs for next season. Or for EX someday.

Thank you so much for translating this... Not sure I agree with the idea that Yuzuru's considered to excel in performing to the camera no matter what sort of setting he is in. Not sure it was all an act...

I think he is extremely intelligent and have great control over his emotions and thoughts. i think he has very good self reflection, to be able to give good answers to the media's questions quickly and calmly, he must have already asked himself those questions before others asked him. well, we all know how fast his brain works from 4CC layout change.

There is still no Spanish TV schedule for next week, so I have hope. In Spain figure skating is almost nonexistent and gets little coverage on TV. There are only 17 rinks in the whole country! Javi's success neves stops to amaze me and I really hope he will bring more visibility to this sport here.

You were reading Aoi Hono in Japanese? I wonder if any translation of it exists.

Is it remote?

I was thinking he would probably keep at least the SP next season... I mean, to my mind Lets Go Crazy has "Olympics" written all over it! It's a head-turning crowd-pleaser (and crowd reaction could be a factor at Olympics, rightly or wrongly). A fully-polished and finely detailed version... skated clean... would be great for all the Yuzu fans - but also great for the once-every-four-years FS viewers, and the millions of people who know nothing about FS at all... who would be seeing it for the first time.

Free skate, I was thinking he's much less likely to keep it... I'm guessing he'll want something with a different layout, because of The Quad Arms Race...

LGC would have been perfect for Olympics in many senses, just like PW was. If you have SP already resolved you can concentrate more on a new FS and it is even more important now with all this quad craziness going on. But didn't Brian say there are two new programs and they are saving the best music for next season? Everything can change though.

But I sincerely prefer two new programs because there is limited number of new competitive programs left for us :(.

:thank:
It is the first book or the second? I have the second one. I was in doubts about buying both of them, because I can't read japanese. Well, if translation exists I will buy the first one also.

It's the first one. I don't know if there are translations of the second (though I may buy the 2nd one if the pictures are pretty haha)

They are pretty

iirc translated bits of the second book were published in FB group sometime ago.

For the second book, there isn't any complete translation, but there's a lot on yuzusorbet's tumblr.

I think the chances of keeping this season's programs are extremely low.

LGC is complete, and that'd be the only reason why he'd keep it. But as it is, there is none now. And of course, H&L would need to be completely revamped with possibly five quads he might be doing and again, no point to that. That and Brian's words, am pretty certain we'll be seeing two new programs come next season.

Found this tweet really funny XD japanese fan took a photo of Yuzuru's anan amongst a bunch of other women's magazines. The accompanying text was Yuzuru's kanji 結弦 surrounded by a sea of beauties 美人.

Of course my first thought (and apparently someone else in the comments) was to protest, but zuzu's a beauty too~ :o::luv17:

(Sorry off topic)
