my apologies!!! i finished reading it...the statement is not made by yuzu, but by an insider.

It's all right, Just know that Yahoo news will post almost anything. Reading the byline under the main header will tell you where it originally came from.
It may be that Yuzu really is going to change his choreographer, but I'd rather not jump to conclusions and let Yuzu say so himself.

I have low trust with tabloids after that engagement news of him lol
That said, I don't think if he indeed decided to go back to DW I would be surprised, though I am not liking the decision at all. POTO and HnL >>> NDP and RJ2

Ah, but there's The Swan now too, which kind of has redeemed Wilson in a way.

Edit: Also, Yuzu has had 3 choreographers since he's come to TCC. I don't see the big deal with asking Wilson to choreo his FS again if this is true. It's not all such a dramatic thing and as if he's dropping all his old choreographers and finding completely new blood. It's just the way the article is written that is so completely sensationalist that makes me roll my eyes, but that's media for you.

It is an ex number. When you put in 4 quads to a program it is a different story. I doubt if the swan would be as exquisite as program due to the amount of transition and jump elements need to be put in. Besides, what is the difference between HnL and the swan among his non-fans? I doubt those who dislike HnL would appreciate the swan the same. Many of general fans are not even aware of his ex.

... I was just saying something positive about Wilson... :slink:

Frankly speaking, I think he is a fantastic choreographer. I like many of his programs, just not the one he choreographed for Yuzu.
I just don't think he matches Yuzuru. Shae Lynn created 3 good programs for him, 1 is exceptional, while DW created 1 and it is an ex (sorry, I am not a fan of both NDP and RJ2)

Regardless, gong back to DW won't be a surprise for me if it eventually happen, because it seem he has this mindset that HnL was not appreciated, thus something needs to be changed.

And here I was thinking that this off season is gonna be boring. Every day is a rollercoaster. Anyway it is a big decision if he is changing his choreographer - and it's a big if until we see something more credible - but this decision he must have been taken it some time ago together with Brian, let's wait and see ... :scratch2:

His choreography tends to be dramatic so that might be the reason. I liked NS as an ex number, but add 28738947871837 jumps it becomes... :slink:

As long as Yuzu, Brian, Shae, etc... don't make any official announcement, this is just BS to me.
Still believing that Jeff and Shae will do the next programs. There are no better match for Yuzu, and while I cannot speak for him, my only speculation is that Yuzu knows that very well.

This is an article published in one of those weekly magazines which fabricate anything in order to sell their magazine or to earn some page views. This is not the one but same kind of magazine which fabricated a story about him and his ex classmate. “Insider” in such magazines means nothing more than the desk of the reporter. Please leave this kind of information alone until it’s confirmed by Yuzu or Shae-lynn.

ETA: If the “insider” does exist, do you think a person with a good intentions would leak this kind of information before the people concerned do?

Yuzu improve so much since Sochi, I do believe that the current Hanyu would give more justice to RJ2

so, another DW program is Ok for me

Lol I watched the NDP ex and it did not change my perception much about the program. :p
But if it happen I don't think it is something awful, they worked together before and should have clicked more (this is all a big IF) than the first 2 seasons they were working together on. It is better than going to someone completely new like Lori Nichol or others. Though I still raised my eyebrow if it happen because of the reason I mentioned before ;)

I have no problem with David Wilson. As long as Yuzuru wins, whoever will choreograph his programs doesn't matter (even if that's Averburk...).
I do think Yuzuru has grown up as a skater and David Wilson has gotten used to Yuzuru's personality and skating style. It might be a masterpiece.
On the other hand, the news is still a tabloid, not an official one. Thus we can't say for sure. Let's weait and see.

Yeah, Shae has developed a relationship with Yuzuru that helps them a lot and has produced amazing programs, and for all that we've read, Yuzuru is a very particular person when it comes to his input in a program and how his jumps are set into choreography. We've gotten used to this duo.

Anyways, so far it's mostly unconfirmed rumors.
