^^^Very interesting to read the wonderful comments from the Finnish commentators, and so happy to hear how much they appreciate Shomita. I didn't realize you were from Finland. You must be so proud of how Worlds was hosted. Great job! And thank heavens for kindly Finnish bus drivers who help confused visitors!

While browsing some You Tubes, I started looking at Dennis V's practice video from "Winter", and I was getting SO excited just watching it. I can really envision Shomita just flying across the rink at this part. I can hardly wait to see what Coach Fluffy has in store for us! https://youtu.be/XvWhHfi0pH4?t=206

(Note: Deniss wasn't skating full out and skipped his jumps, but it still gives an idea of the potential of this fabulous music.)

Just a crazy idea of what a soundtrack for Shoma's Winter may sound like  (only needs to be shortened a bit). I can easily imagine his famous arm movements and then a single jump at the beginning, a spin starting at 0:40 (will look fantastic, I promise!), a jump combo around 1:24-26; and, of course -- we all know it -- a breathtaking step sequence at 2:07. :yahoo: Hope Fluffy reads this thread, ahahaha.

Oh, I like this version. Except the part when Let it Go started... But hey, the jump combo in the first half wouldn't work. Shoma does all his combos in the second half like a pro. ;) Edit: Oh wait, nevermind, Winter is for his SP. :palmf:

^^^My guess -- they'll stick to a super-traditional version of Winter. Someone mentioned David Garrett, and I think it will be more along those lines. Whatever it is, Shoma needs to show us soon and not keep us in suspense! :dance3:

Oh that's awesome  I don't like Frozen just like the Let it go-OST really, but this version is super freaky and well played. Love it
Thank's for the link! (Nevertheless I doubt that Shoma chose it)

^^honestly at risk to be judged a bit pretentious, i hope he doesn't use David Garrett version as I think it is a very weak version of the 4 seasons

also Shojavi: https://twitter.com/tirishoma5712/status/867969753960202240
Nice combo +3GOE

Javier always seemed very fond of Shoma. *_*

I was the one mentioning David Garrett, because he is sort of 'in'. Similar to the Nessun Dorma version of Paul Potts. That's why I thought he might use this one. Perhaps Mihoko is a fan!

I'm assuming this is from FaOI 2017 but it could be from last years, I don't know. Apologies if you've seen it already.

Stéphane, Johnny and Shoma

Edit: Well, it isn't from this year, as seen in the reply to the tweet, but who cares. It's a lovely picture.

From FaoI. Doesn't he look fierce and passionate? And more adult, yay!

I didn't really like Dead Chicken 2.0 back when I saw it at CdP but assuming this is the same outfit, it does seem to have had some improvements because it looks quite amazing in this photo. The arena gala lights really complement it.

Also, he did his SP at FaOI and given he jumped 3Lo and 3F(2/3T?), he's definitely going for a 4Lo 4F3T 3A layout.

Could be the picture but it doesn't look as the fleshcoloured part is as bad as at CdP. I think he wore that costume at CdP because they probably cleaned the Loco costume for Worlds. I assume you cannot just put something as fragile in the washing machine, and during the season if you sweat (and it is a sports, so they do sweat) it must get smelly after a while.

Great that we get to see the new SP soon. This is a very good BV for the Olympic Season if it is his plan.

When I read bout dead chicken comeback I was scared but I must admit right now this costume looks fierce.
And it's really going to fit Winter theme.
And as for layout it looks really good. Really Olympic-season-like

I don't think this is going to be his costume for the next season. He mostly wore different outfits for ice-shows in the past than the ones he used later in competition.

Shoma will be at Skate Canada and in France according to this list.

Skate Canada means his biggest threat is Patrick Chan. His biggest threat in France is Javier. Mmh, he could win both easily, but he could also lose both easily. But I don't see him much further than second in both events, so GPF should be possible.
