Many changes have been made in the lists of JGP.
Gubanova is out.
Vasilieva is out.
20 - 24 Sep 2017
Minsk Belarus
Stanislava KONSTANTINOVA
Alexandra TRUSOVA
27 - 30 Sep 2017
Zagreb Croatia
Sofia SAMODUROVA
Anastasia TARAKANOVA
4 - 7 Oct 2017
Gdansk Poland
Stanislava KONSTANTINOVA
Alena KOSTORNAIA
This is interesting. I wish Stasya all the best. She is like a hurricane when she is on. But if she bombs in Minsk she won't keep the second spot. However, if she is successful it is going to be crowded in the waiting room for Italy: Gulyakova, Fedichkina, Panenkova, and Samodurova. I assume that the Fed gives Kostornaya just one spot.
So Trusova was moved from Poland to Belarus, right?
hurray for alyona. i desperately want to see her, but the other girls should skate really bad, otherwise it's still unrealistic for her to get a spot
Alena is not listed as substitude in Minsk unfortunatelly.Am I the only one who isn't happy about the changes?
Ladies' field in Minsk doesn't seem to be as competitive as the one in Poland. Alena would have to face in Belarus just Rino Takino and Tessa Hong while in Poland she will have to face Eunsoo, Starr, Moa and Aurora Cotop. I believe Trusova would have pretty big chance to win in Poland but I doubt Alena will take golden medal there.

Well, the first mystery girl will very likely be whoever wins this current JGP, so probably Panenkova. Many changes have been made in the lists of JGP.

The second spot at the last JGP event may be kept for any other winner, e.g. if Samodurova beats Tarakanova, or if Kostornaya wins her event.
Will Konstantinova keep her second JGP even if she is beaten by Trusova? One can argue that second place Konstantinova would be in the same position as second place Guliakova (or second place Feditchkina, if she ends up second on this current JGP), so if they don't get second spot, why would Konstantinova have one?

We should wait the end of the current event. I doubt that Dunya will win there with clean Rika. If Stanislava will take 2nd place after Sasha then RusFed will calculate who earned higher score and looked better (Gulyakova, Konstantinova, Panenkova or Samodurova) and who will go to Poland (on Stasya's spot) and to Italy. So Alena has chances to compete in Poland and Italy.![]()

Both clean
It'd not be her fault, she just doesn't have content to win against clean 3A Kihira. Are you suggesting that Panenkova will finish second? Poor girl, I am not sure if Tutberidze would be happy with such appalling result. To break the winning streak would be unforgivable! :scard8:
