2017 GP Skate Canada Pairs SP

Aww, 1983! Only Nine years old! That's so sad. :sad21: I'm sorry you lost her so young. :(

Heck, I was born in '83, I can't even imagine that length of time...

(Ahem: quiet, suspender boy, we're having a nice conversation here, no need to start the Sarah age debate again.)
No. I was 13 when she died. I was 9 when she went to the concert. which I guess gives my age away too. Not that I hide it.

Only in Canada I/M would get higher PCS than Z/E for the way they both skated tonight. Outrageous!!!!!

It is starting to feel like all of the shall we say unmarried USA pairs are starting to get lowballed by judges. It is like they don't need the scores as we already know who we are sending. I have seen a lot of USA pairs scores that seem a bit low lately.
Gah that would be truly dispiriting:noshake:

Morgan Ciprès is most handsomest athlete of all time ever! I am dead from beauty.

Why is the thread so empty? Are people still arguing in the ladies thread?

BINGO! Or, rather, the mens thread.

Also, the bulk of figure skating centers around the singles discipline; not many pay much attention to pairs or ice dance. Which is the sad reality. The stream went from almost 4000 viewers to below 1000!

Why do the French have so much style. Seriously. Somebody should send all our U.S. pairs to their coaches and choreographers ASAP.

Also it's an awkward time for some people. Getting late in the Eastern US, nighttime in Europe, and morning in Japan.
