They welcome officials (some occasional medals awarded), guests (some gifts for TAT), thank the hosts, thank the feds, thank the participants. Speeches of TAT, Lakernik and host about the role of junior nats, development of figure skating in regions, on younger levels, etc..

TAT recalled how she started competing at junior nats 50 years ago: she was 1st in pairs and 8th in singles.
She loves Saransk for always warm welcome and being good hosts - she hinted they might be awarded next year's senior nats!
Big love fest in general.

It's funny how I perfectly understand everything regarding Figure Skating/Artistic Gymnastics in Russian, no matter if written or spoken. But when it comes to everyday matters, I couldn't communicate for the life of me :'D
