If I'm not mistaken, in the lifestream Zhenya herself mentioned her height being 160cm. As per the second question - well, she 18 now, I think it's safe to say it is over for the most part.

Maybe because she usually stands next to smaller ladies? The olympics website wrote 162 cm. She's 18 now, there shouldn't be anymore growth spurt.

In Olympics's website her official height is 163. so I assume that she grew taller last year.

Im in my 20s and I grew during college, so we never know haha.

Some grow till 20 (me) but the growth from 18 is 20 is very slow and limited, basically nothing comparing to the mid of puberty. Fat distribution must be completed now if you compare her now to her 1st senior year, she can grow in height but 1-2 cm max until 20.
