speaking of which,

I really think Nathan's mother is a terrific mom agree with @frida80 's intuition.

Nathan mom is not a controlling mother, instead a positive and encouraging mother. instead of pushing she created interesting games to make boring figure skating practice interesting for Nathan.

yes, Nathan has said many times he could never have done this without his mom, incredible dedication and love all these years. And those early baby days practices with mom with Swedish fish if he skated well Thank you Ms. Hetty Wang for being such a wonderful and nurturing mother and bringing NATHAN into the world

I agree. I thought he was overdoing it a bit at Orlando, maybe because it was getting taped for TV. He looked more natural yesterday and everything flowed.

I can see more freedom in his Edge program this! His spread eagle Last week I was sitting really close to the ice, and I felt his emotion during the program.
I was not quite impressed when he debut it last month. But watching it in person, I finally fell in love.

I agree!! At first I wasn't feeling Back From the Edge because I thought it was a thrown together program he choreographed on his plane ride from Milan to Osaka lol it was so half cooked. And the white shirt made the posture look horrible :shocked: But the program is seriously getting better and better. In the recent shows I'm really loooooving the way he dances to the music, espeically in the Allentown video. He skates with so much freedom and passion, and is just killing me with his musicality
