1, NOT Nathan's responsibility to earn the OGM for any coach, nor win for the said coach in any imaginary coach vs coach rivalry.
2, Every decent coach or coaching team would share exactly the same goal/dream/desire as Nathan to get great result once the coaching situation is established on mutual understandings. Raf is NOT the unqiue one in this regard. All Nathan's chosen coaching team WILL want the best for him. And Raf did said in his Russian interviews, "he has other students".
3, Which coach situation to choose, the ideal situation should be solely based on whether it will help Nathan improve his figure skating in the best possible way. Not others. although, ideal scenarios may not usually happen due to many practical reasons/limitations. to name just one, patience, time. both Raf and BOrser have pointed out that they will need some time for their newly formed coaching relationship to work or not work.
4, Personally, I wish Nathan to explore more in figure skating, learning new things, new perspectives in figure skating before he retires, there is indeed a lot more to learn, thus I like to see Nathan have new coaching situation in the future (if the new coaching situation can target his weakness and give him freshness and new interests/passion in figure skating is even better). because, I am Nathan's fan, but more importantly, I am Nathan's figure skating fan.
5, ofc, it is all depends on Nathan's own choice.

I bet his routine is like “I wash my face with soap and water” [emoji23] Same thing with his hair, everybody asks him how he gets his curls or if he uses any special conditioner and he’s like “nope, just regular shampoo” and who cuts his hair “my mom” [emoji23]

Nathan’s skin condition !! ... he obviously inherited good genes - though guess that applies to basically everything for him

Yes, he said it during an interview on Ice Desk after Skate America. The panel kept gushing about his hair and asking who he went to for his hair and he said his mom cut his hair for him lol. Same interview where we found out about his perfect SAT scores etc, they basically just spent the interview fawning over him. Michael Weiss said he should be named the next Sexiest Man Alive [emoji23]

It seems that there is something innate in Nathan that really draws people to him - quiet charisma, s**iness, whatever it is - girls and guys just end up fawning over him, etc
There’s a reason Nathan had the prime audience seating at DWTS and was basically in the majority of the shots. And close-up shot of him wearing the light-up Mickey ears hat
