I'm so happy to see all this Zhenya content! She looks absolutely stunning and she is jumping again, yay! :D

However, I'm also sad to see the effects of the relationship rumours... For Yuzuru himself to be bringing it up, it must be really bad - he is very discrete and normally doesn't bother with these things. I also noticed in the group pics they always appear as far as possible from each other... I hope this is mutual agreement, and not because things are weird between them :(

They do have a choreographer there... His name is Misha Ge ;)

They do have a choreographer there... His name is Misha Ge ;)

I’m just making assumptions here, but I’m sure they’ve had a chance to discuss the rumors in private and they have probably decided what to do about them (ie Zhenya deleting the pics, Yuzu telling the media to stop it, ecc)

Yuzu’s quote: "There's been some weird news circulating but it has nothing to do with me. I was aghast. There must be another Yuzuru Hanyu from an alternative universe somewhere."

Yeah, this is what I'd assume as well. I'm just bummed they had to do this. I love both skaters and it was nice seeing them together as friends, goofing around.

Yuzuru has some really bad experiences with tabloids, it was very uncomfortable a while ago, and for the other person involved, so I think he, and Zhenya, as I am sure it is agreed between them, decided that it's best to cut it off now, if possible. I do think we may see less of them but then, skaters have private lives we never see so I hope they get to continue their friendship anyway. Tabloids are the worst of the worst but hopefully they won't be able to destroy such a nice friendship, and I really do think it'll be fine.

Anyway, to nicer topics, I was in a rush before but that second dress is divine! Is that very light purple or grey though? I would love to see that one as a competitive dress too. Einaudi ah? Fab, that's such good choice for a skater like her.

Agree 100%! And they can be friends in private at TCC, which is notorious for granting privacy and peace to its athlete, if they so do wish :) I hope they will!

That dress is a beauty, I think in particular the shape of the 'corset' really suits Zhenya. I see grey with a hint of lavender\lilac but only under a certain light! Ahhhhh I can't wait to see what she, Borser and Wilson come up with for the new season!

Absolutely! We call TCC the cave and him the cave-boy when he holes up there because they are utter perfection when it comes to maintaining privacy. In that way, it's actually good for Zhenya too, regardless of Zu and this whole situation, because I think she too needs a bit of a break from Russia, the press and and all that stress that has been around her for a while now.

And yes! I see that hint of lavender too and it's driving me batty because I can't quite tell if it is from the light or if it is the actual dress. But gorgeous in any case.
Fingers crossed, DW is a great choreographer, and she is evolving as a performer so it's going to be fab.
 
Well considering Yuzuru is as popular as Lebron James in Japan, those rumors will always follow him. It’s sad if things get weird between them. On to other news, I am so anxious about Evgenia going to Toronto next month. OMG 😮

The red dress is very good. And the lilac-gray dress is very beautiful. This time the designs accentuate her figure better.I love that she is trying new hairstyles and colors, I hope to see many more. From the photographs it is seen that she has a greater awareness of her movements now; hands, back:drama:


I also suppose that Misha was the choreographer, if so, how great!

Wow, I had no idea that Hanyu had commented on the gossip. Poor guy, since he is already at a certain age he receive a lot of pressure with respect to "that" topic. I hope this does not affect his friendship with Zhenya, I really like Holy Trinity (Zhenya, Yuzu, Misha) and I want to see them for many years in shows.
