Evgenia Medvedeva

Guys, little interview -comentary in Olympic Channel https://www.olympicchannel.com/en/playback/medvedeva-looks-to-the-future/ .

she looks confident of her decision ;)

EDIT: @tha won the post haha, sorry

It must have been an incredibly hard choice to make, though. I mean, she says that she sees the light and she's not afraid anymore so the last couple of months should have terribly tough, and still she claims that it was the hardest choice of her life :( Nothing new, actually, but it makes me sad :(

It makes me feel proud of her.

That's right, maybe she felt very afraid and desperate in a moment, because she is not stupid, she realized that it would be difficult to advance as she wanted if she stayed in the same place. She is so brave, intelligent, she really faced everything to achieve her dreams. Obviously the ghosts will appear suddenly, but she has support from her family, friends, her fans, many people from Russian skating, and others go to a place that is geared to the skater in a personalized way, where everything will be planned for her and with her, to In addition to providing privacy. This was a good decision.
We support you, Zhenya!:cheer:

Yes! Just like tha, my favorite quote from the little interview is that she's not afraid of anything and feels confident and free on the ice. You go, Zhenya!
I've imagined that if suddenly at the Olympic games in 2022 Zhenya will win the gold, Alina silver, and they will embrace as my avatar, that would be epic!: Молись:

Short and nice inteview with Evgenia, nothing new but she comments about her future.
About her coach split: "Hardest choice of my life"
About her future: "I finally see some light in my future"
Favorite quote: "I'm not afraid anymore" and "I feel free and confident in the ice"

I think this really highlights not only what a tough choice she’s made, but also how powerless she must have felt after the Olympics. She must have felt like her time was over training with the juniors and being the oldest at the rink. I’m glad she’s not afraid anymore! You go Zhenya!

https://instagram.com/p/BjOFO7_hN3X/ She posted a selfie with #wingsonpoint, she’s altrady becoming Americanized lol

Apparently Zhenya's first half program was very moving. This is the day they'll televise so it'll be interesting to see. I am not sure I'm getting the Japanese well but both she, and the girl reporting, were moved to tears.

Aww I really hope the televised version will be equally as moving!

Also, the caption from FaOI under Zheny and Misha’s pic says they will be doing the t-shirt bazooka at intermission!

She seems so relaxed and positive. It's so refreshing to see it! BTW, do you guys think the interview needs subtitles? I personally don't think so...
Also, as a Beatles fan, I loved the reference to 'She's leaving home'!
