Oh, another one for Davis and White - Charlie White basically butterfly-leaping over Meryl Davis's back. That showed up memorably in several programs.

not really "signature moves" in terms of being iconic, but these were quite unique nonetheless (at least to me)

In exhibitions he did some kind of twisty acrobatic move called "the tornado"

He started wearing different type of skates (maybe called "freedom skates"????) and I recall him doing sort of a spread-eagle move where he balanced on the heels of the skates.

I think it’s annoying we don’t see shoot the duck in major competitions!
 
I wish more skaters would at least slip them into exhibitions - like when Yuzuru Hanyu did a delayed axel after the Olympics.

... which I could watch forever (and do for a startlingly long time every time, it's in his newest FOI one too :) I'd love to see others do the delayed single axel, it is beautiful.
