Nathan Chen

Thank you, sheetz, for clarifying that it will indeed be the Aichi broadcast.

Google translate tells me that this means: the way the TV camera is set up right now, for the sQuad number it'll be filming the number from the three guys' back side?

... maybe the skaters could change how they set up the number, so they're set up differently in Aichi than they were in Osaka?

'mata...' i'm unclear on this, but... please don't tell me they already filmed the three guys number from the back on a previous occasion? :(

No, the Fanclub president is saying she bought seats in the wrong location and will probably be facing their back sides.

Ah. That's what happens when I use google translate.

I feel for the fan club president, :( but I'm glad TV cameras will be capturing the collaboration from the preferred angle. :)

Reports indicate that Nathan skated Caravan at the Sat afternoon showing of The Ice.

ETA: The trio all landed their 3As, and Nathan patted Shoma on the head with both hands.

Was this the ONE Aichi show that was filmed, do you think? Because i wanted to see Land of All! :(
Caravan would be great... if he were wearing his grey practice T-shirt and black pants. ;)

Just saw Land of All posted on youtube... all I have to say is!!!!
TALENTED, BRILLIANT, INCREDIBLE, AMAZING, SHOW STOPPING, SPECTACULAR, NEVER THE SAME, TOTALLY UNIQUE

Nathan’s programs look improved since Sun Valley!

His performance quality

He looks super intense skating Land of All

These programs look seriously challenging - hope he still has the energy to perform the choreo when the quads are added :)

I know that Nathan is nowhere close to deciding on what his jump layout will be for his long program... but this was his jump layout at The Ice.

4T (step-out), 3Loop, 3F, 3A, 3F, 3Lz, 3S (step-out)

I find it super exciting that Nathan is including at least one of every kind of jump, even in an exhibition, that means he currently doesn't have any serious injuries preventing him from doing certain jumps.

He is still keeping part of the program a secret (or it still needs more work), but I really like the way the program is developing. The little of the short that I saw on Twitter does look a little busy for my taste, but I don't dislike it, and I think it has potential. His ability to emote on the ice has definitely grown so much since a year ago!
