Now tha Finland ladies had a withdrawn could the fed reconsider and give both their ladies a GP (Emmi and Viveca).
I’m not sure if either are set for JGP at all atm.
I know they are supposed to go from replacement list, but shouldn’t they technically get 3 host picks? But then they only used one?

Especially that Viveca and Emmi are the finest Finnish.
Why 1 quota and no 2, it's a GP Finland!

Viveca was just assigned to Lombardia, so she definitely is.

So. Gubanova was pulled from JGP Linz but is still on the sub list. Does this make her eligible for the Rostelecom host spot?

Until she actually skates in an event on the JGP then she’ll be eligible. They are probably going to leave her as a substitute option for l the events in case someone bombs or is injured. RusFed is probably just keeping their options open.

Christian Nuchtern just posted an IG Story saying they (Koch/Nochtern) have been invited to Finnish GP
From the screenshot of the invite you can see that Germania Fed confirmed Schott and that they are sending Angelika Ullm as judge at Helsinki GP.

Viveca is entered in the Lombardia Trophy next month, so it looks like she's sticking around.

We’re does Serafima Sakhanovich rank on the list of skaters available to fill vacant slots on the GP? Better yet...is there a link where I can see the eligible skaters who don’t currently have a GP assignment?

I'm not sure where she ranks but it doesn't matter because Russia has all their spots, so the only spot she can get is the host spot.

If my recollection is correct, Russia has maxed out all the spots for ladies, so the only way Sima could get a spot is if some Russian lady drops out, or the vacant Russian host spot.

Nope. From what I'm seeing, both Chartrand and Sakamoto were added, unless Sakamoto was there all along and I just totally missed her.
So each GP can have a maximum of 3 skaters from 1 country. Russia and Japan have basically filled their allotments so in order for any of them to get replacement spots no matter how high on the replacement list they are it will require someone from their country dropping out.
The replacement list is based on last years SB list which is in the isu statistic page.

Oops, my bad. That makes way more sense than her just having one GP :dumb:
