Good morning, guys! It's 5:30 am here and last year, we heard about his new programs on TV a few minutes before 8 am (I remember it because I was about to go work at that time). So I hope we'll know it soooooonnnn!!!! Twitter is faster than TV :biggrin:

Oh both! Then we can all start speculating on what he'll wear.

You know, I can understand the delay, given that these programs are to replace the two that took him to the Olympics, that got him the record-breaking second Oly gold, that (with H&L from the previous year) made up the men's historic records in total, and that are now high on the list of the most iconic of all this decade. I mean, I know he said something about no pressure and he's just picking the music for himself now, but still.....

It's a lot to follow up.

If he chooses something by a Japanese composer/musician, can you imagine how their day will go? The media will descend on them...

Yeah, hadn’t thought about that(silly me). September 7th is just the date the footage will be shown by Fuji TV(I read it on twitter). But maybe we’ll know the programs before that, right??????????

Well, he had chosen that for his exhibition program already, so his SP and LP might be completely different I guess...:think:

They might, but given what he said at the press conference after the Olympics, he may go for another but completely different Japanese piece. I'm hoping for one upbeat fun one and one big dramatic, which will then go with Haru no yoi as his delicately beautiful one and showcase his versatility....

But hey, I'm a newbie and I'll take anything (it's too late for him to take that as a challenge, thank god)
 
So according to Japanese articles, yuzuru will be skating to SP: otonal (inspired by johnny weir), FS: named origin (song/ arrangement that is nijinsky inspired).
