It was ridiculously lowballed. Other than the spin, everything else from musicality to, interpretation to flow across the ice was on point. The quality of skating today was, how should I put it, transcendent. It was a very good first outing of a new program by him. Compared to a lot of empty programs this season we've seen so far, Otonal was packed with choreography and transitions, I don't know what else one can do to get higher PCS from the judges.
and the lowballing on the GOE on the jumps were worse. The 3A had one of the most difficult entries & exits and deserved +4 +5 but judges were giving him +3 and even one even gave +1.
I know he always gets treated extra harsh in Canada, hence now I am worried about how he is gonna be treated in GPF :noshake:
