"I am so kuyashii. The good thing that I participated in this competition was that the feeling of "I want to win the competition" became stronger. The feeling I lost after the Olympics has returned again. It set fire to me as to the situation right now."

"Now I want only to win. I am really full of frustration. It might be "real me" the most. I want to train at the level that I can say I did my best."

"I want to be stronger. One month seems to be long but it is short in fact. I'm going to make reliable plan with what I can do, and I want to be stronger in the shortest."

Oh Yuzuru 😂 why am I not surprised.

Young people need to be allowed to try out many different ways of thinking and approaching their life. Sometimes I want to be a glass blower...seriously! But then I remember how much I love my current job.
Yuzu tried being chill and then realized that he really, REALLY loves to win.

Congrats Yuzu for your first Gold! You were the clear winner.

But why did he take out the Biehlmann spin? It was such an iconic spin of his that only he could do in the final group [emoji24][emoji24]

Biellmann takes a lot of energy... FS is shorter and he has stamina issues now. And he sometimes has back pains so it's smart to take it out.

LOL our boy is back in form.

I had to leave for a party RIGHT after Roman skated, so I completely missed watching it. :curse:

I think the program and costume are great. First pancake done

I'm just glad he didn't decide to try a plainer version of costume...

If Yuzuru (or Shoma for that matter) turned up with Patrick/Nathanesque plain shruggy outfits, we would really start worrying about them...

You know, how a group of something is named differently? like crowd of people, flock of sheep, gaggle of geese?

What about Pooh bear? An embarrassment of Pooh? A cloud? A .... choose your description.

A pandemonium of Poohs? 😊

Glad to see Yuzuru is back in competitive mode. It is the mode I am accustomed to. Welcome back.

Some thoughts about ACI. Yuzuru has won it three times out of four appearances, belying the Canadian silver curse. I think in this season's edition, he did as well as could be expected.

His two programs hold so much promise. When I was listening to Shae-Lynn explain her creative vision for "Origin," about a god who became earthbound and vulnerable, I can't help but think that she might as well be talking about Yuzuru himself (though he does defy gravity).

In "Otoñal," I was looking for Yuzuru to do the split falling leaf jump. 😁😉 Levity aside, that balletic looking jump he did after the step sequence was seriously impressive. And I think at least one of the jumping passes may be eventually moved to the second half. As the last Olympics has shown, Yuzuru can be flexible and adapt his layout to circumstances. He is not afflicted with the "hobgoblin of little minds."

Now that Yuzuru's competitive juices are flowing, I predict an exciting GP season for us fans. Praying he be healthy and safe.

Thanks for the share yude
Looks like our gentleman (Because I remember seeing a footage of him not liking it when being called a boy. And he is all grown up now)
Is back to his ORIGIN which is Winning Gold medals and besting everyone in competitions.

Four CC curse you are probably on the hit list. So watch out

That's sad.. I wish ISU would revise the 30s deduction rule so that Yuzu could have time to do the iconic long Ina Bauer and Biellmann spin again. Those two skills are my favorite moments of his. It shows his amazing flexibility.

Hopefully, Yuzu will learn sooner than I did to just give in to his incessant need to always do his best and beyond. Don't bother fighting it, Yuzu. It's part of you, and trying to change it is not worth the kuyashisa.

LOL if Yuzuru or Shoma ever used plain costumes, I'd be heartbroken. Their costumes are so beautifully extra :luv17:.

I love that their always extra with their costumes. I don’t want to see boring button down shirts or shirts with just an see through material and calling it a costume. I’m a huge fan of all the lace and sparkles and mesh ❤️

Yuzu couldn't chill more than one competition LOL

Can he please always comb his hair back even in every day life? the look is just so OMG :luv17:

Regarding the two costumes - I felt like he took his POTO costume, removed the collar and dyed the white bits gold. Then he plucked the the feathers off his swan costume and meshed it into the Origin top, then dyed the remainder of the swan costume blue and stick on crystals to create the Otonal costume:laugh: I guess he likes doing variants of similar type of design, just like how H&L costume was a bit of a Etude ver 2.0.
