Winston Churchill said long ago: Russian politics are like dogfight under a carpet.
Same correct for FS well from 1960s.
i suppose you're talking about Tarasova receiving an award as the best russian sport commentator

I agree.I bet you haven't even read it. It's actually quite good and reasonable article. Google Translate isn't perfect but fairly understandable.

got you.....
Personally.... I hate drama....even in the books and tv-shows or movies. :sad21:
Wait which country would Radionova represent?
Buyanovastan. Neighbors Eteristan and constantly at war with it.
More seriously, I don't know of any countries Radionova has ties to. She could probably have her pick of the ones with a weak ladies field. Still, I agree with previous posters that a switch is unlikely, whether because of patriotic or political reasons.
I‘m bringing this over from Tarakanova‘s fanfest:

No attempt was landed but it looked pretty close!

That second one has a chance![]()
The second one with the frames shown is slightly better than << so it'd barely be in the < range. However, it's extremely likely that it was << anyway and it simply was hidden by the frame rate(the last aerial frame is close to ice level). The air time is good but the rotation speed is simply hopeless. If she cannot increase it there's no way she lands one.I‘m bringing this over from Tarakanova‘s fanfest:

Well, I would say she wouldn't have any advantage against someone like this prodigy
Can I just say, as somebody who is also heavily involved in ballet and dance, as much as I currently love Kamila I am not putting ANY money on her lasting more than a couple of years. She has The Leg™ and I know exactly what that leads to. Looks very good on a prepubescent 12 year old but it inevitably means they have wide set hips and will naturally become very bottom heavy seemingly overnight as soon as puberty hits. It's very common in dance, less so in figure skating, but Polina Edmunds is a good example of it.
Can you explain this a little further? Like, what is "The Leg" and what does it lead to? And are there any current, grown women skaters with this (other than Polina - someone with more successful jumps, etc.)?
Actually, you can't make such predictions by such a minor sample size considering the numerous factors there are contributing to a person's development, including both their surroundings as well as their genetics. Can I just say, as somebody who is also heavily involved in ballet and dance, as much as I currently love Kamila I am not putting ANY money on her lasting more than a couple of years. Tarusina also apparently tried a 4T but no video of that so far.
Apparently Trusova has a fever. Hopefully she'll be recovered enough to make Yerevan and not have to miss the final, but I believe in her. She's fierce enough that she'd probably try to pull a Medvedeva and go anyway (and she's probably strong enough to still win)
