Anyone know where to find protocols?

Definitely tense. You can feel it. She wants to be win so badly.![]()
Silver lining- she got the highest PCS score.
What an annoying mistake! BUT Lutz was much better and axel was much better. She’s been out of elite competition for 8 months, she’s had one hell of a summer. As my wise Mama said, a clean Tursynbaeva was only marginally better than a not-great Zhenya. What does that say?
We all knew this was going to be a tough season. I know we all wanted her to burst back on and wipe the floor with everyone but it doesn’t work like that. Don’t worry, she’ll be back!
anyone know what the score would have been had she hit the combo?

Well, I am staying off of the Russian Ladies thread until at least tomorrow and I’m not watching her performance on YouTube because I always end up reading the comments. And the comments are going to be toxic.
I honestly think it’s time for Evgenia to leave social media for a while. As much as it saddens me, she can’t be reading the comments. It will only effect her more. And she said it herself that she reads every comment. Honestly Yuzuru Hanyu has the best idea out of everyone, stay in the dark. It’s better for you mentally.
If she would have gotten that combo and would have gotten a GOE + 3 it would have been 72. But considering that her PCs suffered from that combo due to the new rule (no 9.00 or above in PCs for skaters if they do a mistake is the new rule by ISU) she would have gotten around 74
Really she reads the comments? Yeah social media has to go, it is probably very hard though for a young person to live with out Instagram and so forth.
So, I didn‘t write anything in here on purpose before. If anyone was reading the competition thread, I was very negative and sad and whiny there and I didn‘t want to bring all of this in here, so I waited a bit.
Now I definitely haven‘t calmed down but I can think a bit more rationally: I can‘t deny I was in shock. I can‘t deny I‘m still in shock. I can‘t deny I‘m heartbroken sad angry and frustrated at the same time (not at Zhenya just at... how unfair it sometimes is) She did so well in practice. Her jumps are all there. It was definitely the nerves that got her there. She seemed hesitant even from the beginning, even though lutz and axel still looked good.
I hope she can fight tomorrow and I wish her all the best and all the luck because she deserves it. She probably won‘t be 1st or even 2nd but 3rd would be my wish. I cincerely hope she can do it.
We all love you, Zhenya... don‘t be too hard on yourself or ... maybe be and use that anger to put out a wonderful clean program tomorrow!! We‘re all supporting you!!! (And each other to cure us from our broken hearts - yes I know I‘m being dramatic lol)![]()
One thing I‘ve learned though: Never watch competitions live again. I‘ll just jinx my favourites.
is bronze still achievable ?
I think 60 with the rest at 66 excluding Tuk isnt that far behind, as long as she skates clean in the FS, maybe even a silver if Wakaba messes up ?
I think Medvedeva could be this quads Mao Asada, a one time Olympic silver medalist
then after her medal she struggles and gets hammered in lutz, etc.
How were tuktamysheva’s FS scores so far?
Evgenia needs a Nathan chen moment. Really for this time only, she has nothing to lose. It would be interesting to see how she reacts. My guess is she will rise up to the challenge.
