Alina Zagitova

Czech language becomes one of the most popular in figure skating

Thanks for pointing it because i read that "Děkuji" without realizing it's in czech. I'm probably spending so much time between my english speaking friends and in English communities on the internet.

Are you also Czech? A není zač!

Dudakov and his son will ensure that
Dudakov? what am I missing?:scratch2:

The event Alina will attend tomorrow in Kazan, in the hockey game at 3pm, will be broadcast through these Russian channels:

- Live broadcast on channels KHL TV and TNV

Here's hoping we can see a video of her participation, that would be so cool.

She is going to do a ceremonial puck drop at the very beginning of the hockey game. Ak Bars is the professional hockey team of her home town (Kazan), afaik it is one of the major hockey club of Russia. Her dad currently coaches their junior team. KHL (Continental Hockey League) is not "only-Russia" league, some Europeans teams participate there too. So, there would be some international exposure for Alina in her home town.

Dudakov's son wants to be a Czech translator :)

Son chose his way , he is interested in Czech language he wants to be a translator. My wife and I support his choice.

I can already hear an enormous cheer from Kazan. At least through fan cam, I hope we can see something of this :)

I have an acquaintance in one forum. She is Slovakian, but studying in Brno (for other nationalities, Brno is second largest city in Czech republic and many many Slovaks are studying there) and spending too much time in english forums, so she writes most of her comments in 3 languages, slovak, czech and english, without even noticing it

Alinka look so small near AK Bars captain A.Svitov , he is 1,92 m and 105 kg

I was thinking the same thing. Alina has grown a lot in the last year she looks so tiny in between those two hockey players. This probably players on both teams thinking she's girlfriend material someday. ;) it is nice to see her happy a situation where the Russian public can show their appreciation for her.

When did Aiinas family move to Kazan? Where is it in relations to her hometown of Izhvesk?

Alina's father was offered a job in Kazan sometime last summer. (Ak Bars is a hockey club of higher tier than IzhStal he worked for in Izhevsk.)

Kazan is about 400 km from Izhevsk (closer to Moscow than Izhevsk but still far)
