No, I am just saying that what time she is spending on them now - is enough. What ensures her invinsibility are stable quads first and foremost - everything else is just an extra. It's reality of modern fs scoring system - like it or not.

I think Sashas spins is fine. She allways gets lv4 with positive GOE if she should work on something (other than quads) I think it is PCS ie skating skills (which are not bad but not stellar either) and her performance which I think is the weakest part of her skating. Clearer movements and more emoting with the face.

On the other hand I fully expect her to get high PCS next season due to her insane TES even if she doesnt improve those parts but I would like to see her improve those parts and still do the quads since that would be truly magnificent to watch.

Thing is, Sasha's spins and performance have improved a lot since last year. So there's nothing to prove she wouldn't improve even more until next year. Also, have you seen how much taller she's grown?!

I hope Ksenia doesn't get dinged for being in the 4th group.

She does an elusion with a bent up leg that drives me bonkers. Her spins could be better, frankly. She is not super flexible, but she can mask that as others have. Then again...that cantilever never fails to give me a little thrill.

Which coaching schools were Kamila, Darya and Maia at prior to Eteri's?

I believe both Daria and Maya were with Tsareva, and Kamila at Moskvich (not sure of the coach) but I could definitely be wrong

You do know, don't you, that Anna's rotation is deceptively fast. What I saw there was 4-4-4-4-4. In fact the third one looked overrotated to me.

Russia has only four female single skaters eligible for this year's Universiade: Elizaveta, Evgenia, Stanislava and Maria. You can debate who is the most deserving out of this four only, as the other girls are still at school / not at university / not currently competing / over the age of 25 (Leonova). This leaves us with only Stanislava and Maria after Elizaveta and Evgenia declined.

Sima may not be enrolled in university. It's not just the age range that's required. Competitors must also be university students.

They know what it means if Trusova skates clean, means becoming the best skater in history, at least the best technically. His free program with those 3 quads will give his at least 175 points with more than 105 of TES. It will be decades and nobody will break that mark.

I think that 175 is a bit aggressive. She had 164 at junior Rusnats with 2 quads. I would say that 170 is her maximum score potential now (which is crazy as well). Next season if she adds 3A - better two - then we can talk about 180. If she manages to skate a program like that at least once she will be in the hall of fame for decades.

Didn't see Ksenia since she's in the 4th group out of 8 and that would've been way too early for me. Anna I saw a little, clean short, rest of the jumps were normal.
Sasha's yesterday practice was quite productive. For all the quads she landed yesterday, she had a sketchy combo today. I think that by the end she tried it so many times that I think it didn't work out only because of lack of focus. But I'm a worrywart so there's that lol.
