Mao Asada, Nakano, Brian's practice footage
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBLnh-NQDL0
Both Mao and Brian looked strong. Mao's 3A looked so easy and it's actually hard to tell whether it's a 2A or 3A without replay. She really puts lots of male skaters to shame.
Looks to me Brian's definitely going to land on the podium, the question is gold, silver or bronze?
It sgood for Jeff, but before 4 cont Ch he landed quad in practice too, but cant did 2 3-ax in FP. But in all cases its good, that he made it. Go Jeff!According to a Japanese BBS
Buttle landed 4T+2T in practice
Lambiel Landed 3A in practice
Oda tried 4Lz several times but no success
Almost no posting and no media repot on pairs and dance in Japan for obvious reasons.
I am going to go to Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium,today!!!![]()

It's reported that Johnny Weir was landing 4+2+2 and solo quads in practice...
Yu-Na Kim's back pain is deteriorating??? At least that's the limited characters I can tell from a Japanese report.

Mao had a runthrough practice of FP. Later she tried 3A four times, all were successful. She looks very satisfied and confident.
Nakano had a runthrough too. Except 3A(fall) everything was perfect.
Ando tried 4S three times, two falls and one stepping-out.
Joubert intensely practiced quads, landed a 4-3 combo.
Oda's 3A3T3L was OK, but quads are still uncertain.
Takahashi had some problems with 4T, landed only one clean.
Kim and Lysacek arrived yesterday.
