Wow! That's a lot of time and shows in Japan. She will probably get to go easier than if she was usually training so it should be a fun, peaceful time. Definitely excited for all of the content we'll get from shows

Also, I don't know why because I know it's insignificant, but I wish she would post something on IG regarding Worlds. I keep looking to see if she reposted some k&c pics or posted with her team but she hasn't. I don't know why I keep looking because I know it's not too important lol

NBC is replaying Lades and Mens Free tonight. It starts at 8 pm for me and I think they are showing it at 8 pm in all the time zones.

Can anybody explain to me how small medals work? It might sound stupid but I‘m seriously confused right now.

I thought the skaters would get three medals, small ones, one for SP, FS each and a big one for the total result. But we saw the small medal ceremony for the FS with Rika (who was second) and there‘s this video of it:

In the background we can clearly see on the big board that the order is:

Kihira
Medvedeva

In the order they got their medals. However, at the small medal video we saw where Zhenya is doing this little jump to her music, on the board behind her it‘s

Also, in the video with Kihira she clearly doesn‘t do the small jump. So, what else could she have got another medal for? And why was her SP music playing. Can anyone explain because I‘m sure there must be a logical reason and I‘m too tired to have my brain work reasonably.

My niece just saw her performance on NBC and she loved loved Zhenya.

She's doing the whole tour as far as I know. There are 12 shows. They start on the east coast in Halifax, Nova Scotia and end on the west coast in Vancouver.

Just watched TSL’s video and while they can be very critical of skaters, Dave LOVED Zhenya’s 3S-3Lo. He mentioned it twice. They thought this competition was a great success for her, even though Dave doesn’t like her FP music. I love the step sequence music but for some reason the beginning gives me anxiety. Maybe I’m still scared from IdF.

They didn’t talk about placements, just what they thought about the programs overall. But I think they might have wanted her to place over Elizabet because they kept talking about how Elizabet’s PCS is a choice and came out of nowhere during 4CC. They don’t think the PCS is necessarily justified.

Either way, I was over the moon happy for Zhenya medaling.

a wild zhenya and gabby have appeared!! ( dancing to bruno mars during gala practice, presumably with misha since it was on his instagram story. ) zach donahue also posted a story w zhenya and gabby as well. i know she’s 99% gonna do beautiful mess but there’s 1% of me hoping she’ll bring sailor janny back one last time
