If she can get some sponsorships on the strength of her comeback story, I'm ok with that. She's been through a lot, and there is going to be pressure on her whether she welcomes it or not. I'm sure NBC will pump her up as a title contender leading up to Nationals, as they promoted her as a gold medal contender in Sochi. Everyone loves a comeback story, but those of us here probably have more realistic expectations than the casual fan as far as where she is in that process. I think a top 6 finish would be a huge achievement, and even a top 10 placement would require improvement over her previous outing. Alysa, Bradie, and Mariah are on top of their game and competing as well as they possibly can, so I hope the Gracie story at Nationals doesn't overshadow their impressive achievements this season.
