And here guys we have a simple and clear explaination of the "black list".
It was not directed to her potential rivals, it was not direct to other senior or top junior girls, it was against noboby.
Her request was simply for a better training enviroment (in her opinion) but somebody else twisted it on the media as a black list with actual names.
(again who looks like the immature kid here)


Other translations state that the reply to her requests where more "no" than "yes".
That reinforces my opinion that Eteri, who is a fantastic coach, fail to change her relation with growing up skaters.
In other words, while relating herself to the skater she seems to be the perfect teacher but fails to become the perfect mentor when the girls become more inquisitive and difficult to manage because they pretend a more balanced relation with the coach

From what I read she didn’t say „more no-s than yes“, she said „sometimes it was a yes, sometimes it was a no“.

As soon as I heard Aliona would be working with a North American choreographer, I was hoping it'd be Shae-Lynn, since she did some great work for Lena Radionova (another fave of mine), so I'm SUPER EXCITED!!! Can't wait to see what she comes up with!! :party2:

I read that „sometimes it was a yes, sometimes it was a no“ followed by more no that yes if my memory is not failing me ;)
Anyway, balance count doesn't mean so much.
Any request has a "weight" depending of how important it is for the skater and how important it is perceived by the coach and when the 2 weights differ a lot, trouble is coming

Its shae lynn so i think it could be an amazing programm that alyona can show us later in her first russia cup event.

I don't want to put it this way but she honestly deserves a unique sassy program, not some scrappy mass production, which, unfortunately, many Eteri girls have no choice but to skate to. Sorry Daniil G. My apologies.;)
 
I think Aliona will make a Billie Eilish program work in the end. Since this is not an olympic season, she has enough time for creative and fun program she wants.
Getting SLB sounds amazing, I liked her programs in past years. I think Aliona will go with her gut and feeling this season, and probably lean to something more classical towards Olympics.
 
What is this about Aliona skating with injections? For real? It's only test skates there was no reason for her to skate in this event like it was the Olympics or World Championships.

Aliona was the best ladies skater in the world last year. We know she is great and was great with TT and will be great with PA . But she had nothing to prove in test skates even though she is with her new team. Why risk skating with an injury when you don't have to?

That said I hope she heals up soon and has a great season whatever the season is.

How long have they all been away of competition?
Any Athlete of any sport would want to race, any musician, dancer, actor would want to perform at the first chance after such a forced stop.
Here is when the medical team should intervene id necessary.
I hope it was something that could get further dagamed skating with an injection, but if she's currently training I think it should be ok.

Aliona (like Anya and Sasha) does not need the test skate to make the national team.
Even an idiot will be smart enough to go all in on them even if it would mean waiting for a recovery.
But I've been both an (amateur) bicycle racer and musician, and competition an playing in front of an audience are fuel for the soul.
They mean sacrifice, but as your body will do anything to breath you will do anything for those sensations and emotions.

Maybe in your country. But in Russia after Aliona's scandalous switch if they wouldn't have showed anything the media and many Eteri fans would have made a new scandal again. Everybody, I repeat everybody would have told opinion : Kostornaya is out of shape, she is over she is nothing without Eteri, etc. :laugh:

Aliona can make anything look graceful, even when she’s not trying. It comes naturally to her. There are some people who are just born with it.
