I think it will work as long as the coaches doing the main grunt work with the skaters are fine playing second fiddle to the "main coach".
Side note, the approach towards division of labour seems to vary a lot between coaching teams. A lot of secondary coaches seem to specialise in particular areas like skating skills or jumps but leave the primary coach to do everything else, e.g. Andrei Mozalev's listed coaches are Kirill Davydenko and Denis Lunin, but Lunin just works on choreo and skating skills. But as you mentioned, in some cases the secondary coach is in charge of many more aspects and the head coach plays a supervisory role (e.g. Tracy Wilson vs Brian Orser for Jason Brown). So yeah, whatever the exact arrangement is, as long as the coaches are happy with their own roles then it works I guess.

Actually, I think Zhilina had most of her triples before going to Eteri
That is sure. She wouldn't have been accepted in the Khrustalny without the triples. This happened with Anna Scherbakova, too.
Daria Panenkova:
"I can say that the last season Eteri Georgievna punished me and sent me to skate in the younger group with Seva Knyazev, Arseny Fedotov, she said - you will restore the triples, then come back. That is, usually the elders do not ride with the younger ones. And I agree with Alena, who said that well, it's uncomfortable - you ride, and there the little ones get in the way under your feet."

anna went to eteri at around 8 or 9 and learned her triples there.

She got kicked out for not having all triples, learnt from somewhere else and re-accepted by EG. Honestly, I couldn't understand why Anna is so loyal to EG. She speaks good English and her family obviously can afford her to train overseas with a decent coach for better techniques and choreo. Just my opinion as an outsider tho.

or maybe she wasn't "kicked out", and they had made a decision together with her parents

I looks like Stage 2 will be more stacked.

Trusova, Valieva, Medvedeva
and it looks like that also Konstantinova, Talalaykina and Nugomanova will be there.

And who knows, there might be more big guns added later?! (Sinitsyna?)

This will be tough, and the ones ending up below Top 5 will probably miss RusNats.

We still haven't heard anything from Gubanova, Tsibinova, Shulskaya, Tarakanova, Sakhanovich. Will they compete at all?

I still expect Usacheva to show up later on though.

Tough, but I'm sure stages 4 and 5 would be even more stacked.

Actually the dome of the Pantheon in Rome is made of concrete, technological miracle for a 2nd century, with fall of the Roman Empire the knowledge of concrete was lost for more than 1500 years 🤣

Yes. I have seen a film about it I believe on NG channel.

Based off Google translate, it's basically speculation about Trusova and Kostornaia not getting along, didn't see anything about a source of information.
Plus Elena Ilinykh doesn't work with both of them.. The Russian media really wats to increase the interest. I hope the girls don't read these speculations.

Elena still works with Sasha, but she does not work with Alyona anymore. And I am very happy about that. Especially after I saw this picture:

I mean, when is Sergei Polunin joining Plushenko's team? He and Elena had a baby just several months ago, she is not a free woman to behave like this with the other Sergei.
