So here we have it, she is taking it slowly, so anyone who was fretting about how she rushes badk to training and jumping can relax a bit.

It is likely not her spine. Zhenya went to the hospital on Oct 16th the shot of the spine is from Sept 20th to Oct 22th (or it's two different shots).They probably just showed the doctor while he was working. At least that is my assumption, maybe someonelse can read it better. Also because the file does not have a Name on it and instead the Number Spine67 I also do not know how legal it would be to show confidential information of a patient.

If these pools and exercise rooms are the Sambo-70 facilities, Yevgeniya should be glad all of this is available to her.
She was unsure over how long the rehabilitation will last, but since she is already allowed some jumping ...

That's what I wanted to say as well. Comparing how she looked in september and now gives positive feelings. I esp. like there is much more colour in her cheeks.

It's his old SP from the Olympic seasonDmitri Aliev has the same SP music as Zhenya ... so many skaters have similar music this year
he brought it back since he did not have much time to prepare for the season due to his injury. Some people joked that Dima and Zhenya are waltzing together this season, just in separate programs and they are waiting for Zhenya's Masquerade in her costume in order too make fan edits with both

The December edition of the IFS magazine will include an interview with Zhenya called "Back to the Future" by Tatjana Flade.
The preview text includes a new photo and the following teaser for the interview
"The day after the annual Russian test skates in September, Medvedeva announced she had made the decision to return to her former coach, Eteri Tutberidze. The move was unexpected and particularly surprising given their acrimonious split following the 2018 Olympic Winter Games. But, given the current global situation, Medvedeva feels this was the right move for her to make."
I hope some kind person will share the interview once the magazine comes out
