Guess who just broke their phone and needed a new case for their new phone? :laugh: Just made my order. Of course I also orderded the cups:hap10: lol and in excitement I told my family about my purchase and guess what? I just ruined their plans for my Christmas presents :rofl:
 
All the outpouring of love for Zhenya was really heartwarming. The amount of fan art, video edits, collages, well-wishes, etc across different social medias was really overwhelming. I wish everyday was like that. She is so beloved by people around the world and I hope she was reminded of just how important she is to us.

"It's strange to hear when people say: "Well, she's an athlete, so she can handle it." This stereotype forces society to perceive people from sports as machines to achieve goals and overcome obstacles. Of course, with sport comes discipline and work for constant progress. Yes, sport hardens, but a lot remains behind the scenes. We are not robots, none of us was born solely to WIN.

Often people forget or simply do not see behind these stereotypes people, who lack basic communication with family and friends at a crucial moment, who are scared to enter the arena thousands of kilometers from their home. At such moments, I think about those who love me, wait, support and always hug me with joy. Then a sincere smile appears on my face and I want to go out on the ice as soon as possible.

I remember a few years ago at a competition I had a fear that I would perform poorly due to the fact that nothing worked out in training. I was afraid that I would fail. I called a close friend 3 hours before the performance, she laughed then and said: "Medvedeva, under you only the pedestal can fail." This joke made me laugh, and I completely lost my fear. I won that tournament. Together with the "Need Help" fund, Colgate started a charity event, in which 12 funds will be helped.

Ah I got so disappointed.... Wanted to order some things for me from the website, but the shipping is just too much (43.56 euros, for a 100 euros order) and I had to call it quits. :(:(:(

Yes, the bigger the package the higher the shipping cost. I guess, because it is a small shop they cannot offer low shipping prices for international shipping, as big companies can. I paid 17€ shipping for my package.
 
Shipping is expensive. My orders have been pretty small (pens, day planner, coffee cups), but the shipping to America has been almost as much as the small orders. 😅 I don't imagine it can be helped.

I thought that the prices were with the discount. 😅😅

It actually helped because it saved me 21.63 euros, and I'm taking it as if the shipping was lower and I can live with 22 euros for shipping. 😁

Let me know how you like the blue hoodie. Next year I am placing another order. I love my geisha sweatshirt, I'm wearing it right now. :biggrin:
