I've put my photos from last week's Kurt Browning's Gotta Skate show up:

Got lots of photos of everyone - Kurt, Jeff Buttle, Evan Lysacek, Ryan Bradley, Shae-Lynn Bourne, Sasha Cohen, Joannie Rochette, Marie-France Dubreuil & Patrice Lauzon, Boyz II Men, and the Temptations. There's also some photos of Brian Orser in there in the retakes section, since Kurt decided to kill time by letting everyone know how Brian broke his wrist (after an audience member asked why Brian wasn't skating in the show). This photo is Kurt saying how Brian has to wave like the Queen now.

Wonder though why Evan wasn't wearing black in his 1st appearance. It must have been painful to perform with the injury that had prevented him from < strike >embarrassing himself< / strike > skating in the International Counter Match last week.

Wow, Sasha has a noticible delayed puberty spurt ( which is not unkown among female athletes. And Sasha had to for years deal with comments on her being so willowy, then resembling a gymnist, and now her vacation away from the intense training obviously had a side-effect). I think she looks much healthier now.

I just think Sasha has put on a little weight and the weight has been distributed all over JMO. She looks great in that black outfit.

You have to have something to push up to get that kind of cleavage. From what she has to work with, I'm surprised she could breathe and get through a program if they were "pushed up". I'm not criticizing her, it's just a very noticeable difference. If she did get fake ones, at least they seem proportionate to her size.

She has some serious cleavage in the black dress pictures. There's one pic that looks down her top as she does a spiral (I'll have to find it) that is quite revealing. We have seen pictures of her at events from this summer and she did not have such a growth spurt in those pics.

** Funny, that picture is no longer where I first saw it. Hmm...

Glad you all enjoy the photos! There's something a bit perturbing about how my photos seem to prompt more discussion about Sasha's bosom than anything else, but what can you do.. .

BTW there's some black illusion fabric or whatever under the main bra area of that dress which seems to serve the purpose of adding additional shadowy-looking depth..and that's about as far as I want to go into that discussion!

Heh. Though I wasn't talking about "below" as in towards the waist, I meant under, as in I guess technically part of the bra part only not the glittery part on top....

Oh and Ladskater, Gotta Skate isn't a tour, so you may have to settle for seeing it on TV. Though I *am* wondering if there's any chance Kurt and Shae will reprise the number on the "Art on Ice" tour in Europe since they're both doing it next year (at least, it's on Shae's website for 2008, though in different cities than the Art on Ice site has listed).

I keep meaning to ask you about the camera you use and the lens(es)... wanna spill? I want to geek out on camera talk.

Got a Canon 30D with a 70-200mm f/2.8 IS lens. And these days I tend to use a monopod when I can because my arms are pathetically weak and this setup is fairly heavy =). For some shows (not the Disson ones) I use a 100mm f/2.0 which is way smaller and has worked surprisingly well.

Of course if you go back in time through my photos I have variously used a Canon 20D, a Nikon D70, a Panasonic Lumix something or the other (returned after one show), and an Olympus C700UZ =).

was the panasonic a bad camera or just didn't fit you?
