Jimmy Ma - LOVE the FS music choice! However, if you’re going to skate to “It’s Raining Men”, “Macho Man”, and “YMCA”, then you really need to ham it up way more and go full camp. He needed to have worn a shirt that he could strip à la Daniel Grassl and it would have actually fit his music and theme.

I’m quite shocked that Kagiyama delivered the FS tech content he did here at his home challenger. This skate has me concerned that he may not even lay claim to the silver in Milano, which would be a shame because I really love his skating.
Sato is really on a roll and if he continues to deliver his tech content consistently as he has been doing this season, his PCS are going to continue to improve. Who knows? He could possibly be the Olympic silver medalist. His tech base value is much stronger than Yuma’s and Yuma is only attempting 4T and 4S and is still making major errors.

Lukas Britschgi - Man, he is SO FUN and entertaining to watch, and I can’t tell if the camp factor with his programs is intentional or not, but I really love them. He should consider a program to “I’m Too Sexy.” Congrats on the bronze medal here!

Boyang Jin - any music could be playing; it’s just background noise for him and the interpretation and expression is nonexistent and the choreography is just thrown away.

Junhwan Cha - winner of the most unfulfilled potential award. Ugh, he is so frustrating to watch! If he could ever win the battle against himself, he would be a skater to look out for! His FS costume did not say “Moulin Rouge” to me; I found it a very strange choice.

I agree. I found his entire look to be messy and unkept. The baggy shirt and shaggy hair plus the poor execution just made me wonder if he really wants to be there. I know he has boot problems, but would he rather be doing something else?

How can they do that when he has no performance qualities whatsoever? He never looks up, never changes expression and skates with zero connection to the music. He's a fabulous technician, but that won't translate to high PCS.Shun, I can`t stop watching your wonderfull skate.Judges please give him more PCS!!

I definitely had the sense he was holding back, which I found surprising from him. He’s usually a ham and cheese deluxe.

His music is spectacular too!!Yuma's st sq was so gorgeous.
He has everything!! Except consistency!! Ugh!! His Step Sequence in his SP is fabulous!!
