You know the difference between normal man, ingeneer and a mathematitian? Imagine each of them sleeping in a hotel room, when suddenly a small fire wakes them up. Normal man fills the bucket with water and extinguishes the fire. Ingeneer counts the exact number of water he needs, draws it into the bucket and extinguishes the fire. Tsibinova, Molchanova and Kostina? Okay, Kostina is 15, but I'm not a fan of these girls taking up spots. Though I do like them. Molchik especially.

Yes I think that this is simply a withdrawal.

Agreed! it's funny.

I respect Alina and Evgenia and I know they have great fanbases. But hopefully next year captains of the teams will be two skaters who actually contribute to their teams success. Alina and Evgenia can be invited to perform exhibition numbers.
I'm not a fan of Liza, but I think she should have been one of the captains this year.

Muravieva should have been 1st alternate so I guess she took Zakharova's place?

If I'm not mistaken, the next alternates in line would be: Sadkova, Gorbacheva, Plahotnaya.

So Daria's 2nd place wasn't enough, only one skater from Mariyi-El has the entry. That belongs to sport, next year she will do it.
