To be completely honest I would have had an all Sofia podium (if we just considered the FS). Adelya skated extremely well and out of everyone in the last group, she performed her program the best, but her jump landings were rough and they were off axis in the air. But I can see the argument for any side.

Those landings were rough? I thought they were quite neat and confident.

The first 2A in real time made me so scared. maybe it was less the landing and more how she was getting off axis. I just remembered seeing it and being so scared she'd fall.

I agree with most of this, not sure about Petrosyan being the full package though. The jumps look quite small to me, Idk if she has ultra-C jump potential.
Considering she's already done a quad, I think it'd be fair to say that she indeed does have such potential.

Yeah her axises were all over the place, but the landings still ended up being quite neat. I don't think it's a bit deal. A bit less GOE.

So happy for Adelia. She was stellar and that smile 😜😀

She felt twice in her last free and was fourth. She redeemed herself in the nationals 👍

Congrats Sofia, she delivered even though it was not clean, it’s a shame for the 3A but she did well✌️👏

Muravyeva and Samodelkina were on tight spot. Both sofia deserve to be on the podium, for me it’s a tie 😧

I have never ever had anything good to say about Danny G..... but I would take his choreography any day over whatever that was.
I think the program really hurts her skating too honestly. She's doing so many difficult elements and trying to force her to skate super quickly and rapidly won't help in any way. It's probably Rozanov choreo, which is strange because some of his other choreos really aren't that bad?

It has some moments, Veronika's FS around the middle has some slower section that I think she doesn't even perform poorly. But 90% of the time it's like the choreo doesn't even exist.

Also I am just so happy Liza B took out the quad toes. They were so inconsistent, almost always UR or q and just overall not great quality. Not a huge fan of this FS (it's supposed to be a clown FS?) but overall a very good showing for her too.

Actually no, sorry, thinking about it Sofia S (as much as I love her) didn't deserve bronze because of the 3A+COMBO. But I still think she should've been 2nd in the free skate.

If Adelya can gain consistency and fix those scary axises I'd bet on her for the "full package" of this generation to be honest. She's got a quad, she's got fantastic spins, pretty good skating skills, amazing performance ability, and a unique style as well. To be honest actually, I think the top four here are all great "full packages". If Muravyova can get a quad (which I assume she has given she had one on the planned content sheet) she'd be right up there as well. They all have flaws, but overall just four amazingly strong skaters.
