I don't know where you've got all this impression that "Kostornaia seems to be a difficult person with a less preferable attitude".
Also a kind reminder: Trusova and Shcherbakova did not participate in this event. I don't see why they should be brought up to this discussion thread in any regard. If your intention is just to drag Kostornaia through the mud, well, I have no words.

Just my personal impressions, as well as what Daniil said. This was from back when she was on the same team - a 2018 interview as I recall. First he described her personality - with a friendly and positive spin of course, but still described her as somewhat mean, a little imp or whatever. And the other was when he described that she still doesn't understand how much work it takes. That in combination with an interview of her herself is what gave such an impression at the time.
