Now, I actually expect Team Eteri to take her back, but can't help but wonder what other otpions there are.

I don’t think any of the skaters at Sambo use anyone other than Daniil and sometimes Ilya Averbukh... I wish she would continue with Shae-Lynn but... yeah (especially since it’ll be the Olympic season).- Joined

I just now remembered that Aliona was listed in the line up for the skating show for Alexei Mishin’s birthday! Will she still skate in that or with everything going on, decline?

I also don't think Sambo needs Shae-Lynn. Hate or like Daniil's choreo but the programs are successful, also in international competitions. To bo honest: Shae-Lynn's latest programs (also for Mariah Bell ecc.) are nothing to write home about.

She's back! Sort of anyway.
Aliona is a chatterbox as we all know. Who did she have to talk to at PA? Yana, Evgeni and Rozanov? Wow three people. Stasya is a great girl and could have been a confidant of Aliona. But she trained at another PA rink. Being around girls again who she can talk to will probably be good for Aliona. And she was blocked from skating on the same ice as Sasha at PA. SMH. There won't be any of that going on at TT. Aliona will be in the deep end of the pool with Anna KV Dasha Maya and Sofia. But she can survive it and thrive again when she's healthy.
Two things. Wasn't Aliona still officially and legally with Sambo 70 while at PA?
Secondly how much did Stanislava pay to leave PA recently and Nastya T pay to leave PA a couple years ago and Serafima pay to leave PA a couple years ago? There was another girl from the Czech Republic I believe who left PA a couple months ago. I wonder if she paid all they put into her back to PA.
The precedent has been set. Paying back not required. And Plushy himself stated publicly he will cover all expenses for Aliona. That sounds like a verbal contract to me.

Shae-Lynn Bourne was maybe the first to make a wholly online program (Masquerade for Yuzuru Hanyu in 2019, a great program really, learnt in one single night) and her next online program for him is a wonder (Heaven and Earth) and probably his Olympic free. But they have been working together for so long, they know very well each other and each other's ways.
Shae-Lynn Bourne has probably never met Alena Kostornaia in person! That's a huge difference. Yet they managed to have some communication, but we don't know yet what these programs are meant to be, and what Alena Kostornaia can make of them, we have just a draft.
We know that Daniil Gleichengauz has made pretty good programs for her but at the moment I am under the impression that he is the one who doesn't want to resume working with her, so this may not be the case in the future. May it incite TeamTutberidze to accept her skating to one of Shae-Lynn Bourne's programs, if she's legally entitled to do it without Angels of Plushenko (or if they accept) and can repay it?

It means she wants to work, wants to fight, and that is what we really want to see. I think Eteri will make good plan for her, if allowed (hate to add this if here). Aliona just needs to stick to the plan, recover, and work.

Daniil might not be the one who's keen to see her coming back, but he is a professional and he will work with her, I hope. At the moment Eteri as a team leader is not the right person to speak publicly, Dudakov almost does not speak in public at all, so Danill is the only right person to say something.

So far no news re Alyona..Plush said there were no contracts with her and they let her leave with no obligations. But his wife said Alyona has to pay off all invested money..chaos..Sambo is a state institution thy said they have no money to cover this expense...serial is going on

That's not how you should do business.Be consistent across-the-board. Those girls who left PA obviously are not at the same level or stature as Aliona. But if this turns into a legal battle of sorts all of those instances of skaters leaving PA not having to repay what was put into them financially will be pretty big point to make. As well plushy making a public declaration that he will cover everything for Aliona.
All we know now is aliona is back at sambo.
But I am glad she is keeping quiet. Hopefully her health improves soon and for the Olympic season coming up in 6 months.

Plus she said 2 things publicly that were actually declarations that he will cover every expense for alyona and that there were no contracts. Either he or his wife is lying. If the contract was with Alionas mother and Yana
Let the lawyers figure it out maybe even end up in court. But alio needs to skate.
She was also never released by sambo 70 was she? Everyone knows she was still a member of sambo 70 even though she was training at PA.

Probably Plush doesn know that yana had a contract with a mother. Or he is lying. Because. Daniil said "there are financial nuances that do not let her get back so far" in the contract. What a mess before CH preparation.

Yeah, I am half joking and half guessing. There are all sorts of ways to run a business. I'll entertain another possibility: they can sign a contract, promising to get sponsors, and the money is used to cover the skater's expense/cost. End result: the school gets the money and the revenue. They charge at a higher cost, and they get the profit.
You are right, keeping quiet and recovering and working make a lot more sense.

Of course he will work with her. And probably regain confidence in her. But inspiration to create a program is something else, plus she didn't like the short program he had choreographed for her in May/June.
